What an incredible place! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are very well kept, and the room was lovely. The smaller relaxation pools still had the heating on so very warm for October. I can't fault anything. The food was excellent. Only thing I'd say is that if you are a fan of snorkeling, you'll need to hire a boat to get out of the alcove as it's very silty and visibility underwater is poor. That's not a fault of the hotel, that's just geography. Really keen to return another year. Thank you for such a lovely time!

A great place to stay, the hotel is fantastic with excellent fresh food choices in several restaurants. It's the staff that make your stay so good. They are all really friendly and helpful taking care of everything for you. Highly recommended.

The wife and I have been to numerous resorts with UVC(we are preferred members) and this was one of the best. As always the people were great. They are very helpful and accommodating. The location was amazing. Beautiful views from the resort or taking a walk along the shore. You can walk outside the gate and experience the what the Island has to offer or take a taxi to Old Corfu. The food was very good and authentic to the area unlike some resorts we have been to. I told the wife while there I want to go back as does she. We ended a two week European vacation on a awesome note. Thanks for the experience. Some photos from town and from a boat,.

From the moment you arrive and unfortunately finally have to leave you couldn't have a better facility to stay. All the staff are wonderful so would be wrong to pick anyone in particular. We stayed in 560 and the view from there was amazing. Food and drinks couldn't be better. All the cats are well looked after and we loved the gang of ducks. There are no negatives apart from we had to go home.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon trip to Greece on October 13th, 2024 and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at in Greece and we would not recommend any of our friends or family to stay here. Our white bedroom sheets were filthy with little stains on the sheets and pillow cases and had pieces of hair that was not ours throughout the bed when we pulled the covers back. Our towels had stains on them and the combination of all of these things grossed us out. We did not have this problem at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Greece and we stayed at a total of 3 hotels. We took both video and photo but after careful consideration, we have chosen not to publicly share video or photo due to the sensitive nature of the content and out of respect for the hotel. However, we are more than willing to provide any relevant materials directly to the hotel upon request, should they have further questions. Additionally, they make you register to attend any of the restaurants outside of the buffet style restaurant offered for dinner but did not let us know about this upon our arrival and when we tried to book they were already filled up and you could not get a reservation. Rather than enjoying a relaxing vacation, we felt stressed out trying to figure out dinner reservations to eat when honestly guest should have the option to simply eat where they would like to eat since they have paid an up-charge to have access to the different restaurants the hotel offers as part of their all inclusive perks. My husband and I ended up spending additional money eating off of the property since buffet style eating is not our preference yet it was the only available option at the resort. We enjoyed a lovely restaurant not too far away from the hotel where the food definitely tasted better than what we experienced at the hotel.
