We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, which exceeded our expectations. This was our first all-inclusive resort stay, and compared to experiences shared by friends, we were very positively surprised by:
- The quality of the food, and the fact that after almost a week at the resort we didn't feel bored by the wide selection and changing dishes.
- The training and friendliness of the staff.
- The quality and diversity of pool and beach installations, and the range of nice spaces where to spend time and relax.
- The quality of the music and entertainment.
It was a delightful experience overall, and we look forward to visiting again! Great job!

Just arrived. Greeting was superb. Made to feel really welcome and valued. Staff are very well trained and service is of a very high standard. Buffet restaurant is excellent. Food is refreshed and replenished constantly, even after the advertised closing time. Main pool and smaller pool by the Summer Houses are both beautifully clean and like a warm bath. Cocktails around the pool were well made and no scrimping on the alcohol. So far I’m really impressed. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!

Wonderfully relaxing with friendly and helpful staff. Would very highly recommend to families, couples and anyone who just wants a bit of luxury without costing a fortune. Food was excellent and so were the facilities. Going to try more of this chain of hotels.

The hotel and the staff were incredible, beautiful surroundings also. The professionalism of the staff is a 10/10, I never experienced that in other resorts. Also, you can sit on one of the beds at the big pool and they will come and ask what you want to drink. The food was not so nice because everyday you had the same (chicken, fries, pasta and spaghetti) and it was not really tasty. The fries and eggrolls were soft and not crispy. Also no real Greek food which is a shame.
Compared to other all-in hotels I personally don’t like the waiting at restaurant entrance to be appointed a table before you can eat. For me it was a first as at other hotels I could just take my food and sit where I want. Especially in the mornings there was a long queue at the entrance. And it is annoying that other people go inside from the exit while you are waiting in line.
But what I didn’t like at all was that this hotel has 95% guests with little kids. Everywhere you go there are kids. They wake you up in the early morning with their screams and during the day there is not a single place to relax without some screaming/crying kids very close to you. Even at the gym there are kids trying to lift heavy weights. Some of the people I spoke to that had kids themselves were annoyed that there were so many loud kids here.
It will be the main reason for me to never in my life come back here.
Maybe the pool close to the reception should be an adults only pools for your guests. A place where adults can relax, maybe read a book without soms crying kid 5 centimeters next to them. Maybe focus more on create some silent/adult areas instead of the many smoking areas where I never saw a smoker. They just smoke at their beds anyway.

We have had a fabulous time at the Costa botanica. The food, service and atmosphere of the place are all wonderful. The water park is great fun and the whole resort never felt overcrowded. Recommended for families in particular.
