Rooms can be improved, food could be more diverse. Kids playground was underwhelming. Extra star in this review is for Boris (Tenis Coach) who went above and beyond to improve my skills in such a short time. All in all the resort is pricey for the offering but we had a great time. I give it 4 stars because the staff was super friendly and professional, otherwise it’s a 3***

Our vacation was an exceptional experience. The rooms were impeccable and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality ingredients. Make sure to book a table at one of the four restaurants located within the hotel. We chose the Italian and the fine dining options, and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely polite and eager to assist. I highly recommend it for families, as there are many activities for both children and adults, such as a water park, tennis lessons, swimming pools, and more. I will definitely visit again.

We were returning guests because we had such a good time last time we visited. I’m sorry to say the experience was very different this time. Positives - rooms were very nice and the hotel grounds are lovely. The beach area is very pleasant. The Italian restaurant was excellent. Negatives - the main restaurant was chaotic. I have never seen so many wasps and it was impossible to eat outside which is very disappointing. They were all over the drinks dispensers at the pools. The majority of people want to eat inside because there are absolute swarms of wasps and there wasn’t enough room. The staff in the main restaurant just could not cope. The majority were pleasant but were run off their feet. No point in ordering drinks as they just don’t have time to serve you. Greek restaurant was terrible. The chicken was the worst I have ever seen and when I told the staff the chicken wasn’t nice I was told by the manager there is no fat on chicken. Well it was just joints and tendons and I would not serve that myself. The mosquitos are terrible and in the early evening we were eaten alive and covered in bites even after spraying with jungle formula. Everyone in the square are spraying and squatting them. We had to leave the water park yesterday as they were all over the children when it opened in the morning. I can honestly say the wasps and mosquitoes spoilt our holiday. When I told the receptionist she said it’s grape season and they are aware that there are lots of wasps but don’t know what they can do about it. She also said they have had an influx of mosquitoes and have been made aware of the problem by other guests. They have put sprays in the restaurants for people to use as it appears they have been pushed in from somewhere. Unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s very kid-friendly, especially thanks to the wonderful kids club staff — a big shout-out to Anna and Mary for being so warm and welcoming. My children really enjoyed their time at the kids club, and the waterpark within the club area was fun and well maintained. The beach is pebbly but pleasant, with a good range of water sports available at reasonable prices. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, including drinks, which was convenient. The buffet was quite nice with a wide variety of food options. I would recommend adding a dedicated kids' section during dinner to make it even more family-friendly. Reception staff could benefit from better training in welcoming guests — we didn’t receive a clear explanation of the facilities and services at check-in, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a lovely and relaxing hotel, located about 55 minutes from Corfu Airport and Corfu Old Town

We had an amazing stay at Grecotel LUXME Costa Botanica! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything from the lush green surroundings to the well-kept facilities exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Eva, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful—her care truly made a difference and made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a high-quality, serene getaway in Corfu. We would love to return!
