All restaurants and bars are closed. Don't book any breakfast. Breakfast is provided on the room, but contains only junk food, in plastic packed muffins and croissants. You have to prepare your coffee inside the room. No service. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.

This is definitely not 5 star hotel. The staff probably doesn't speak English or they are very unprofessional. I've been in 3 - 4 star hotels that have better service than this one. The big "24/7" pool is extremely dirty and looks unusable. Bathroom is designed by the idiot - there is 0 ventilation and humidity stays after shower. This hotel was a big disappointment and I will never come back here. I bet for the price you can find much better deals here.

Currently staying here. Very unclear instructions as to spa usage and timing, prices aren’t great for the time and spa fully booked during stay, only way you could book was after 12 in the hotel room so you’re stuck in all minutes of the day, not very helpful to find a resolution. Would not recommend to stay here as you don’t get a lot for your money. Double bed in room is made up of 2 single beds and is basic. Breakfast was great. But overall, needs improvement, not sure where the 5 star treatment is, look elsewhere.

Wonderful quiet hotel, rooms in the hillside offer great views and for Corfu are well priced. Yannis the bar Manager makes amazing expresso martinis and is a great guy, only down side is the pool which is HUGE is very very cold and needs to be heated. !

There is no doubt this is a lovely hotel but unfortunately I wouldn't rate it as 5 stars. The grounds, pool (which must be at least 25 metres) beautiful gardens, picturesque location, polite & friendly staff & room cleaned daily is all spot on. However the sunbed area at the pool is pretty cramped, the location is ideal as central located but definitely need a car and sadly the part we were extremely disappointed with was the evening meal selection. There were only 5 main dishes to choose from & about 5 sides. There was vegan food available but again poor selection. The breakfast was very good so don't understand why the dinner choices were so few. And like someone else mentioned there's a few nearby restaurants which were excellent so long as you don't mind a walk. Had a lovely holiday there but did it leave a lasting impression ...sadly not.
