Had a lovely 9 nights stay here and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The check in was super easy, the minute we stepped inside the hotel we had help with our bags and were shown to our hotel room which was a lovely touch. The room itself was quite big and very clean with bathroom being very spacious. Daily housekeeping also meant we came back from a whole day on the beach to clean towels and new bathroom essentials. We also had a lovely view from our hotel room as we booked the sea view room. It was very special waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful sea. The hotel has excellent facilities, we particularly loved the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas which was on the doorstep from the hotel. The beach was perfect- quiet and clean and sun loungers were nicely separated rather than all being cramped together. You are also able to bring your drinks from the bar and snacks from the snack bar and enjoy them on the beach (Thea from the bar makes the best iced coffee by the way ❤️) There is always plenty of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served delicious Greek gyros and hot dogs. The entire staff were all extremely friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from Rhodes old town so surrounding area is quite quiet but as we’ve had a car this didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Can’t fault it in any way!

Had a lovely stay here exceeding my expectations after reading some of the slightly negative reviews. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel had very good facilities. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and beach. Food was all good throughout the day and varied. Location was good being close to the airport and old town but not much directly around the hotel if you like to explore.

Perfect all-inclusive hotel for a family stay! Hotel is not super large, more like a family resort, suitable mostly for families with kids. Pros: ■Our room was big enough for 4 of us, furnished ok. ■Hotel facilities were modern and clean. ■Staff was very helpful and very kind. ■Evening program was also very entertaining. (live performances, quiz, bingo, karaoke). ■Dining (meals) were very tasteful, plenty of options to choose from. Always plenty of supplies. ■Great quiet location (no bars around), far from the main street of Ialysos village. ■The entertainment team was great, keeping all entertained with sport activities, aqua gym, small talks with guests. ■Pool bar- plenty of drinks to choose from, endless supplies. Cons: ■This hotel is located close to the airport, so planes roar from early morning till late night. So you have Paris Air Show for free. You get used to this noise. ■Cleanliness around the pool and on the beach was horrible. It was being cleaned every morning, however during the day no one took care of it and cups were piling up around the pool and sunbeds. ■Capacity of the dining room was insufficient, however depending on the peak times. I really loved this stay at this hotel, and I would definitely return back. Next time I would just lower my expectations to be even happier.

Pretty awesome all inclusive resort. Pool side bar. Awesome. Water slide for the kids. Awesome. Food and snacks available at all times. Awesome. Entertainment crew to keep things interesting and busy. Awesome. On-site massage services. Awesome. Air conditioned rooms. Awesome. Clean and modern rooms. Awesome. You can ignore the low reviews because they seem to be overreacting about some small issue and have completely lost sight of the value this place provides. Another nice aspect of this place is that it's a small all inclusive resort compared to other, major properties. This means it's not as crowded and there aren't lines for stuff. Highly recommend this place. There is one annoyance though. There aren't enough chairs by the pool for every guest, creating a collective action problem of everyone laying their towels out all day to keep the chairs reserved, even if they walk away from the pool for hours. Not sure what management can do about that, but it's the only negative I can think of.
