I had an excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Specially I would like to mention Ralph who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made my stay memorable. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great rooms and top-notch service!

The Furama City Centre is priced well and is in a good location. It’s currently being renovated and we stayed in a renovated room. It is nice for the price paid. For us the cleaning service was perfect. If you wanted it cleaned each day you asked or put the sign on the door. Otherwise it was done every 3 days. I like this because it caters to personal needs/wants. There are also self service amenities in the halls ie toilet paper, tissues, towels, tea, coffee, sugar. The staff were very personable, warm, friendly and always trying to give you the best deal. In particular Ivy and Agnes who in our 3 nights there we became very fond of for their attentiveness and warmth. Thanks ladies. We appreciate it. It would be remiss of me not to mention that while the renovations are lovely a lady tripped at the top of the stairs near reception while we were there and this was a place I also tripped and believe this maybe due to the tiles not being the same level as the carpet and the alterations made to attempt to correct this.

A Convenient and Comfortable Stay at Furama City Centre I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Furama City Centre, and found it to be an exceedingly convenient and comfortable choice for exploring Singapore. The location is quite superb — within easy walking distance of many of the city’s most popular attractions, shopping areas, and dining spots. It also offers excellent access to the MRT network, making it wonderfully easy to travel around the city with ease and efficiency. The breakfast service was most enjoyable, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from local specialities to familiar international fare. The ladies on duty during breakfast were particularly commendable — warm, attentive, and ever so helpful, ensuring that guests began their day pleasantly and well cared for. The room we occupied, though from one of the hotel’s older sections, was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and provided an excellent night’s rest. The view from the room was particularly striking, overlooking the city’s high-rise buildings and the iconic Singapore Flyer, which added a delightful sense of place and perspective to our stay. In sum, Furama City Centre delivers a solid and satisfying experience — a property defined by its prime location, easy transport links, thoughtful service, splendid city views, and dependable comfort. A most agreeable stay indeed.

Review by: David Laval I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Front Office Team at Furama City Centre, especially Duty Managers Ms. Pauline and Ms. Kelly, for their outstanding and thoughtful service. Earlier this week, I reached out to reserve a meeting room for an important international video conference. Ms. Kelly responded promptly and kindly arranged for me to view the meeting room at the Executive Lounge on Level 2 ahead of time. What truly stood out, however, was the initiative shown by Ms. Pauline. On the evening of my call, she personally contacted me at 8:15 PM—just before my scheduled conference—to kindly suggest I reassess the meeting room. She was concerned that noise from guests in the Executive Lounge might disrupt my call. Upon checking, I found she was absolutely right. Then, in what felt like a stroke of magic, Ms. Pauline presented a solution: she had already prepared a quiet guest room on Level 8 with strong Wi-Fi, exclusively for my use. I gratefully accepted, and my conference proceeded seamlessly without a single interruption. This level of proactive care and attention to detail is what sets Furama City Centre apart. Thank you to Ms. Kelly for her prompt arrangements, and especially to Ms. Pauline for her foresight and initiative in ensuring everything went perfectly. You have a wonderful team here. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff truly made our visit special, especially Ivy & Ray, Desmond and Alice. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality created a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We really appreciated the personal touch and friendliness of everyone.
