The Furama City Centre is priced well and is in a good location. It’s currently being renovated and we stayed in a renovated room. It is nice for the price paid. For us the cleaning service was perfect. If you wanted it cleaned each day you asked or put the sign on the door. Otherwise it was done every 3 days. I like this because it caters to personal needs/wants. There are also self service amenities in the halls ie toilet paper, tissues, towels, tea, coffee, sugar. The staff were very personable, warm, friendly and always trying to give you the best deal. In particular Ivy and Agnes who in our 3 nights there we became very fond of for their attentiveness and warmth. Thanks ladies. We appreciate it. It would be remiss of me not to mention that while the renovations are lovely a lady tripped at the top of the stairs near reception while we were there and this was a place I also tripped and believe this maybe due to the tiles not being the same level as the carpet and the alterations made to attempt to correct this.

I had an amazing stay at Furama City Centre! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The water pressure was perfect, had a really good shower every day. The location is unbeatable, it’s connected to nearby buildings, metro stations, and bus stops, making it so easy to get around. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I’d like to give special thanks to Yvette and Fittri from the reception, who went above and beyond to assist me. Their help really made a difference and turned what could’ve been a stressful moment into a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Great mid range hotel. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Really great location attached to Chinatown Point Shopping Mall, Chinatown MRT and People’s Park. Bed was a little form for me but ok. I asked for a room with a bidet spray (apparently they have a few available) but didn’t get one. Nice view from my room too! Will stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff truly made our visit special, especially Ivy & Ray, Desmond and Alice. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality created a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We really appreciated the personal touch and friendliness of everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay. Thank you all.

If you'd like, I can help you write a polite and clear complaint message to the hotel management that expresses your dissatisfaction while keeping it constructive. Here's a suggestion you can send via email or I am currently staying at your hotel in room 1920. I would like to share a disappointing experience I had with one of the female front desk staff members, which occurred when I requested assistance with my digital room key. My key was not working at elevator no. 2, so I approached the front desk to have it reactivated. The staff member took my key and placed it on the machine but did not say anything to me. She then walked away to attend to another guest, without any explanation or acknowledgment. When I asked why she had done so, she simply told me the other guest had arrived first, in a rather impolite tone. While I understand the principle of serving guests in order of arrival, the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple explanation or even a polite acknowledgement would have made a big difference. This interaction left me quite disappointed, especially considering the otherwise pleasant experience I’ve had with the hotel. I hope this feedback helps improve service training and guest communication in the future.
