​I want to give a huge shout-out to Gwen from the reservations team for her exceptional service during our New Year's Eve stay. ​She went above and beyond to arrange a complimentary upgrade to the Premier Club King Room for us. Although the fireworks view from the room was partially obstructed by the CBD skyline (we couldn't see the full panorama), we still managed to catch some beautiful moments and enjoyed the atmosphere. ​We also really loved the breakfast! The variety of food was impressive, and it was a great way to start our mornings. ​The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, too. It’s superb for exploring the city—just a short, easy walk to Clarke Quay and right next to Chinatown. ​Thank you, Gwen and the team, for the warm hospitality!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Furama one night 24-25th December 2025. It was a very memorable experience. I loved the swimming pool, I lie on top of the air donut and float around looking at the beautiful sky. The view from the room is amazing. The hotel location is very near the popular tourist attractions too. And it has a very nice cafe Tiffany offering nice buffet. Shout-out to the the receptionist who serviced us from checkin, checkout, and assisted me to find my handphone. Thank you very much!

We just spent a week at the Furama City Centre Hotel and had an excellent stay. We are thankful the front desk staff were super friendly and able to check us in a little early from our cruise arrival. It was very convenient to have access to self service laundry during our stay. Our executive room included full buffet breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers in the lounge. Ralph and Ivy who worked in the lounge are very attentive and friendly . We enjoyed both the Asian and western breakfast options every morning. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. They are serviced every 3 days as advertised and there are extra towels and amenities in the hallway and at the front desk if needed. Great job!

The Furama City Centre is priced well and is in a good location. It’s currently being renovated and we stayed in a renovated room. It is nice for the price paid. For us the cleaning service was perfect. If you wanted it cleaned each day you asked or put the sign on the door. Otherwise it was done every 3 days. I like this because it caters to personal needs/wants. There are also self service amenities in the halls ie toilet paper, tissues, towels, tea, coffee, sugar. The staff were very personable, warm, friendly and always trying to give you the best deal. In particular Ivy and Agnes who in our 3 nights there we became very fond of for their attentiveness and warmth. Thanks ladies. We appreciate it. It would be remiss of me not to mention that while the renovations are lovely a lady tripped at the top of the stairs near reception while we were there and this was a place I also tripped and believe this maybe due to the tiles not being the same level as the carpet and the alterations made to attempt to correct this.

Superb Stay! Amazing Location and Outstanding Service from Ivy, Ray and Raplh! We are currently staying at Furama City Centre and having a brilliant time. The location is absolutely amazing—being so close to the MRT and right next to Chinatown and the shops makes getting around incredibly easy. ​We booked the Executive Suite, which is huge and spotlessly clean. It’s been the perfect base for us. However, the absolute highlight has been the service. A massive shout-out to Ivy, Ray and Ralph at the Executive Bar. They have been awesome! They didn't just remember our drink orders; they genuinely understood our vibe and our holiday patterns. It made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. ​Highly recommend this place for the location and the exceptional staff!
