The hotel has a perfect location for tourists. The check in process was very easy and Rena helped us. We got a nice, big room and a nice view. The breakfast is very good. Alice and Ivy are always there to help you. All the hotel staff is really friendly.

What a view. Booked the Premier Club Room, so I get to have lounge access. Yasss. So yea, the hotel is old, and smells a little musty, but the room and WiFi is great. (Which is important as I work remotely). Food was good, and the service staff was friendly. Really looking forward to spending the month here. Oh, do note the lounge is adjacent to the restaurant. So it's not exactly private. It's a non-issue for me, but just thought to mention it. (Crowne Plaza for example had a lounge which feels more exclusive 🫢) PS: It would be good if the hotel keeps to the cleaning schedule they agreed to. We've moved in on Tuesday, and by Sunday there was still no cleaning done.

When choosing a hotel or any accommodation, the factor I value most is its proximity to a train station or bus stop. Easy access to public transportation really matters to me, especially when exploring a new city. Others might prioritize staying close to a specific area they plan to visit, while some focus more on amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, security, or the size and comfort of the room. We were fortunate because all of these criteria were met during our stay at Furama City Centre in Chinatown. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the MRT station (Chinatown Station DT19/NE4) and nearby bus stops (Aft Chinatown Stn Exit D, Opp Hong Lim Pk), making it very easy for us to get around Singapore. It is also connected to malls via overpasses (ChinaTown Point, People's Park Centre) and close to convenient stores (7-Eleven). They also serve a wide variety of breakfast options (Asian, Indian and Western cuisines), which my grandmother personally enjoyed. Overall, the the facilities were comfortable and the stay was pleasant.

We just spent a week at the Furama City Centre Hotel and had an excellent stay. We are thankful the front desk staff were super friendly and able to check us in a little early from our cruise arrival. It was very convenient to have access to self service laundry during our stay. Our executive room included full buffet breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers in the lounge. Ralph and Ivy who worked in the lounge are very attentive and friendly . We enjoyed both the Asian and western breakfast options every morning. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. They are serviced every 3 days as advertised and there are extra towels and amenities in the hallway and at the front desk if needed. Great job!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, in a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere, we booked one of the executive club rooms and we were looked after like royalty by the one and only beautiful Ivy whenever we visited the club lounge, she would treat us with little cookies/snacks and drinks after a long day walking around the city, and between 6-8pm alcoholic drinks, she really made our stay extra special! Only negative thing I could mention is that there were no USB or PowerPoints next to the bed so we couldn't have a phone to see what the time was. The lovely lady at the lobby desk even gave us a late check out which was nice. Breakfast was the best with so many choices and there is even a waffle machine where you can make your own hot fresh waffles!
