The shower, bed, and view from the Executive King Suite were excellent. The late checkout at 3pm was a great bonus, and the three pieces of laundry per day included was an excellent bonus. Check in and check out was super quick and super easy.
However, there were quite a few issues that impacted the stay. On the day of checkout, a pram suddenly appeared in our room two hours before we were due to leave at 1pm, taking up space we needed to pack. It was frustrating and unnecessary. More concerning was that our door was somehow unlocked with all our belongings inside, which was a major security issue. The executive lounge was disappointing, with barely any snacks available, and when they did appear, they were gone within minutes.
Breakfast was a complete mess in both the lounge and main dining area. The biggest concern was the sick staff member at breakfast who was coughing uncontrollably while handling all the cutlery, maskless, and still working for three consecutive days despite giving feedback to staff. This was unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.
Overall, I would stay again for the location, price, and spacious room, but I would absolutely avoid breakfast. Service and hygiene standards need to improve.

I have good experienced stayed 3 days 2 nights. I got my birthday goodies bag. Enjoyed swimming and clean swimming pool. I want compliment Mr Ralph's service who have patience with I asking plastic for my packing, he just went to find a plastic bag for me. Food in Hotel Tiffany Restaurant nice and good, worth to enjoy the food. I will come again. Thank you.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Comfortable, perhaps needing an update but such great value. Special thanks to Ralph and Ray for looking after us in the lounge. You made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were greeted by Reva, who was very friendly and very kindly upgraded our room to a king-size bedroom on a high floor.
It's true the hotel is feeling tired and does have a few issues...wonky toilet, very difficult to get a good water temperature in shower, cleaning isn't top but passable, and yes there is a smell of aged fittings and carpets perhaps.
But rooms are spacious and location is great.... if you want space and location and can accept the age issues it's actually a great option. It does the job!

The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
One of the highlights was the pop-up chocolate-making booth, where Winnie and Mae guided us through the process with such warmth and expertise. It was a fun and unique experience that made our celebration even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back!
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
