Thank-you Alice and Ivy, your friendly words and smiling faces made my morning bright at breakfast time. Thank-you Alice for providing directions to local food eateries and supermarkets. You do a great job. I originally booked an incorrect room type, after a short time and small fee, I was upgraded to the room I wanted, the front desk was helpful with every request I had, they provided a map of Singapore so getting around the city was easier. The concierge was very helpful as well, he made a call for taxi when we needed one and he called to ensure our tour guide was picking us up. Thanks Furama City for making my stay so enjoyable, I look forward to returning.

We were greeted by Reva, who was very friendly and very kindly upgraded our room to a king-size bedroom on a high floor. It's true the hotel is feeling tired and does have a few issues...wonky toilet, very difficult to get a good water temperature in shower, cleaning isn't top but passable, and yes there is a smell of aged fittings and carpets perhaps. But rooms are spacious and location is great.... if you want space and location and can accept the age issues it's actually a great option. It does the job!

The rooms are well appointed in a very good location within the city. The staff were very friendly. In particular, Ralph and Ivy from the executve lounge looked after us superbly during our stay. They made us feel welcome and were able to assist with any questions we had.

The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the highlights was the pop-up chocolate-making booth, where Winnie and Mae guided us through the process with such warmth and expertise. It was a fun and unique experience that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
