Superb service at the Tiffany Cafe! As a long-term visitor of this wonderful restaurant, I am consistently impressed by the warm hospitality and high standards maintained here. A special compliment goes to Desmond, Roshdi, and Ivy, who never fail to make every visit memorable. Their patience and willingness to accommodate all our requests, no matter how specific, truly set them apart. It’s this kind of exceptional service that keeps us coming back time and time again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights in November, and had connecting rooms which was so good for our family as we had 2 bathrooms. The rooms were spacious with plenty of room. We did have problems with the shower temperature being either cold or very hot. We had breakfast included and it was really good with a huge variety. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel in Chinatown was great Unfortunately the hotel is very dated with a musty smell in the hallways and room, the air-conditioning was incredibly noisy and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Alice and Ivy were helpful and prompt to ensure that our tables always were cleared of old dishes. They even noticed that my grandmother was cold and recommended her a place to sit that was warmer. The food was amazing with 2 selections of crabs, all the salmon and prawns you could want, and a decent selection of desserts.

We were there for 2 nights in early January 2025, the hotel is a bit old and out-of-date, even though the room is bigger than the new ones, however: 1. There are only three electrical outlets - 2 behind the TV for your electronic devices (no easy for accessible) , no outlets by the bedsides, another one is by the entrance - maybe just for night light (remember to bring your own night light), 2. Lack of maintenance, the bathroom basin sink is clogging, it should be cleaned up regularly, 3. The shower faucet is old, not a temperature balance shower valve, therefore shower water is either too hot or too cold, be patient for the adjust or control, 4. The only advantage of the hotel is the location - close to Chinatown and Clark Quay. I hope this will help to make your own decision.

Our servers are very friendly and helpful. They went extra mile to answer our questions and help us navigate our way around. Knowledge of English is a big PLUS for tourists who cannot speak the local language. Cookies ordered are so tasty and crunchy! Will be back if given a chance
