Hotels being integrated with malls should be normalized! You can take a quick stroll and find all necessities nearby without the need to leave the building. The hotel is also near the train station so it's very convenient. The view from the room overlooking the marina bay and the city makes it one of the best destinations to stay in. The only downside is the facilities are quite dated like the TV, water closet.

Our group booked through a third party site and there was a small breakdown when not all of our info went across. Francis and Yvette promptly fixed everything and were both super helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the family suite were very roomy and provided plenty of space for our group. Great location and so close to the food centres but really the highlight was the excellent customer service from Francis and Yvette.

Cons:
1. Rooms and surrounding were pretty old so there is some unpleasant smell.
2. House keeping only done if you stay more than 3 nights
3. Breakfast drink options are only coffee, tea or water. Expected like fruit juices but no such thing.
Pro:
1. Biggest pro of this hotel is the location as transport, food and malls all located within walking distance
2. Breakfast food was pretty tasty so I give points on that but drinks could be improved

We stayed in two connected rooms. The room decor is dated but comfortable and both rooms were very clean. The location is excellent for tourists. Close walk to several Hawker Centres.
The rooms are serviced every 3 days but there are self service stations where you can get clean towels, coffee, tea.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if visiting Singapore.

This hotel is a really great location: close to metro and bus lines, shopping, and food. There are covered walkways to avoid the sun and rain and to make it easy to cross the street.
The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms are "fine". They aren't dirty or anything, just a bit worn. Some actually had a nice view, and were plenty quiet and cool with AC
There a small pool and gym, which are also "fine", though there was a small leak in the ceiling of the gym so some buckets were in place.
It's not a luxury experience, but it really is an awesome location, and you shouldn't be staying in your room anyway :)
I'd not mind staying here again
