Furama City Centre

Furama City Centre is a nice hotel for its price. We had a very nice city view of the Singapore Flyer and Esplanade without breaking the bank. The location is also very ideal since its just walking distance from Chinatown and Clark Quay MRT lines which is direct line to most tourist attractions. The hotel also is connected to a nearby mall which has supermarket and restaurants. We were able to find somewhere to eat even when its raining hard outside. The room itself is nice and comes with a bathtub. Complete with complimentaries and all amenities listed. It is actually better in person since I think the pictures here are not updated. The staff are also super nice and accommodating. We were assisted by Yvette during our check-in. Everything is clean but please note that housekeeping is on a per request basis or every three days. We did not have any issues during our stay.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

Service and location is 5 Stars. I only removed 1 star because the furniture in the room looks quite old. Otherwise this hotel is right next to the Chinatown MRT, and you have a tremendous choice of great food centers within walking distance. Customer service is impeccable!

We've been here twice now. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Loved Alice and Ivy who work in Tiffany's where we had breakfast. Breakfast had good choice of food. Rooms clean, bed was comfy. So close to all amenities.

Fantastic service from a truly outstanding Engineering team! A huge thank you to your Engineering department for their professional and dedicated service. During my stay, I noticed the mini-fridge wasn't cooling drinks quickly enough. When I asked for help adjusting the temperature, Engineer Karthik went above and beyond by delivering a brand-new fridge to my room! My drinks were perfectly chilled in no time. Furthermore, I mentioned some minor black spots on the bathroom silicone (forgive my perfectionism). Engineer Chun & Mano promptly arrived and expertly applied a fresh, clean bead of silicone. My sincere thanks to Karthik, Chun and Mano! Furama has an excellent engineering team that takes genuine pride in their work and guest satisfaction. It's this attention to detail that makes a stay memorable.
