The location is the best thing about this hotel. It has an overpass tunnel to Chinatown MRT and is also close to Clark Quay MRT. It's connected to a mall, Chinatown Point. Service staff were friendly. The wait staff for the evening drinks were very nice and funny. Old people humor is quite corny but cute. The hotel itself is old. You can tell by the decor and architecture inside. It may look futuristic outside but it doesn't match the inside. The room we got was big, even had a kitchenette. You can sign in your Netflix and YouTube Accounts on the TVs, which is a big plus compared to other hotels. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the food. The included breakfast was disappointing. Everything was bland and we ended up skipping 3 breakfasts of the 5 we had.

2 thumbs up for your great receptionist, name Mr. Aiden and Ms. Pauline. Best support we can have from them especially since I travel with my mom (83 years) which is on wheelchair. We got upgraded room with nice view which is really appreciated. We have problem with water heather but the maintainance man come right away to fix the problem and it solved immediately. The location is also very strategic. There is filter water on every floor so we dont need to buy drinking water. Breakfast is good and reasonable price too. Just one note we feel that maybe hotel can reconsider is that the room make up in every 3 days - we feel its too long. we stay 4days 3nite, so means our room never been make up at all.... Anyway, thank you for the hospitality and for sure we will come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Title: Spacious rooms and outstanding service I highly recommend this hotel. The convenience of the location near the shops and transport is unbeatable, and the Executive Suite offered plenty of space to relax. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. The team at the Executive Bar—specifically Ray, Ralph, and Ivy—provided outstanding service throughout our trip. They were incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. A truly superb experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superb Stay! Amazing Location and Outstanding Service from Ivy, Ray and Raplh! We are currently staying at Furama City Centre and having a brilliant time. The location is absolutely amazing—being so close to the MRT and right next to Chinatown and the shops makes getting around incredibly easy. ​We booked the Executive Suite, which is huge and spotlessly clean. It’s been the perfect base for us. However, the absolute highlight has been the service. A massive shout-out to Ivy, Ray and Ralph at the Executive Bar. They have been awesome! They didn't just remember our drink orders; they genuinely understood our vibe and our holiday patterns. It made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. ​Highly recommend this place for the location and the exceptional staff!

The Furama City Centre is priced well and is in a good location. It’s currently being renovated and we stayed in a renovated room. It is nice for the price paid. For us the cleaning service was perfect. If you wanted it cleaned each day you asked or put the sign on the door. Otherwise it was done every 3 days. I like this because it caters to personal needs/wants. There are also self service amenities in the halls ie toilet paper, tissues, towels, tea, coffee, sugar. The staff were very personable, warm, friendly and always trying to give you the best deal. In particular Ivy and Agnes who in our 3 nights there we became very fond of for their attentiveness and warmth. Thanks ladies. We appreciate it. It would be remiss of me not to mention that while the renovations are lovely a lady tripped at the top of the stairs near reception while we were there and this was a place I also tripped and believe this maybe due to the tiles not being the same level as the carpet and the alterations made to attempt to correct this.
