The hotel is in a very good location, a clean and quiet area with convenient transportation and many affordable restaurants around. The rooms in Singapore hotels are generally small, but the biggest problem of this hotel is that the dry and wet areas are not separated, and there is not enough storage space! It is strongly recommended to set up more hooks or shelves, so that the wall can be fully utilized even if the floor space is limited.

Very small rooms (essentially a pod hotel with the bathroom taking up part of the main room rather than being its own room) with not a lot of space for storage/bags. The branding everywhere was a bit intense, but the facilities were good, always hot water and you could ask at the front desk for single use plastic things like shower caps. They informed us that since we were staying 4 nights they would only offer one cursory clean/sweep and no sheets change throughout our stay. This was fine for me personally but felt it a little odd as I havent had that experience at a hotel before. Front desk was always manned and staff were very friendly, except on check in when they couldn't find the second room I booked and almost tried to brush me off telling me only one room was booked under my name (the second had been auto-booked under my friend's name). The gym and additional services such as the chill room were a nice touch, we did not use them much but I could see how they would be nice for other guests. Overall mediocre, I don't think I would stay again mostly due to the small size and high cost of the rooms.

Singapore hotels aren't the cheapest. But this hotel is affordable considering its location being in town centre. Not only nestled in between three different MRT station (of different lines), the hotel is also next to famous shopping location Bugis, and a 15 minute walk from Little India.
The size for "Good room Queen" is sufficient for a solo traveler like me, I could open up my luggage (L sized) and lay it flat on the floor by moving a few things around.
Certain supplies (coffee, tea, flip flops, shower caps, etc) are not provided in the room but free for grabs at the reception on the 2nd floor.
There is a kettle, a notepad, and two carton of water in the room for use.
The bathroom sink is not on the inside of the bathroom but outside, and it is a bit small with a flow a little on the weak side. Meanwhile, the shower head has a very strong flow, but the shower and the toilet are not separated by a curtain nor a glass plane, so the water could get everywhere. (Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided)

I stayed here for 9 days, so I guess that I might have observed more things.
1) Our taxi driver commented on the way from the airport to the hotel that it was very hard to drive up the ramp to the 2nd level. The ramp is narrow.
2) The hotel needs better signage to direct guests from 2nd floor to reception. I got out of the lift on level 1 and didn't see any sign pointing to the reception and was not sure where to go. It was 5am and it was very quiet and deserted. I looked down and realised that the reception was downstairs.
3) Though the hotel is 4 stars, it took a while to get used to a SOHO small room. There wasn't much space to put our things. We had to be creative to find space on the bed ledge, window ledge etc.
4) The hotel needs better instructions for the washing machine and dryer. There should be a notice informing the guests that we don't have to put any detergent. I saw that on some days, somebody has forced open the detergent dispenser on the washing machines, thinking that they need to pour the washing detergent into the dispenser. There should be an advice on troubleshooting. If the machine is shown on the payment device as occupied when it is not, more likely than not, someone hasn't finished the cycle and stopped it halfway. Just start the machine to let it run/finish the cycle.
5) Guest rooms are not cleaned every day for sustainability/green reasons. I don't mind that. Guests can always request for clean towels or toiletries (shower cap, cotton tips etc) anytime from the reception.
6) The ironing board, common bar fridge, microwave and phone (to call the reception) are installed along the corridor. This is something that you need to get used to.
7) The common area on 2nd floor has a kitchen where you can cook or heat up your food. You get your packets of tea or coffee here. This same area has luggage storage and a toilet. Guests wait for their taxi/Grab here. This is also supposed to be a work area. I worked in my hotel room on the small table in the room. I wouldn't be able to have a Zoom meeting on my laptop or work in the common area due to the noise.
8) the lift is very slow. If you are on the 16th floor like I was, even if one of the lifts is on the 14th floor, it would not come up. It would be a lift on a lower floor that would come up. I didn't understand the logic.
9) there should be instructions or labels regarding the collapsible plastic basket under the bed. I thought that it was for putting the shoes. It turned out to be for putting in dirty clothes for laundry.
10) I attempted a few times but couldn't get the TV to work. Not sure how to access free-to-screen TV or Netflix. Even 2 friends who came to visit me, couldn't work it out.
Things that I like about the hotel:
1) easy access to and from the airport via ECP
2) I was on the 16th floor (top floor) and had 2 windows and good view.
3) it's non-smoking (although on a few days, I seemed to smell smoke coming from one of the rooms as I passed it)
4) great location - about 10 mins walk to Bugis Junction where there is a train station (Bugis station)

Location is considered good. Many good eateries can be found in the surroundings. Short walk to mrt stations. Room is rather small, love washing shampoo, minimum space when you opened luggage. No fridge and iron board in the room, it is found in shared common area. You can't watch local tv channels easily, has to connect using cast which i find it troublesome. Level 2 is drop point where u can find common kitchen (great) and a small space for guests bonding. But issue comes when guest expect hotel to clean utensils after using it, which is not hygienic, in my opinion. Found many guests unable to find check-in counter after going 1 level down. Lifts are extremely slow. There are 2 washers and 2 drier machines, which are expensive. Counter staff provide wrong or different simple details after checking with 3 staffs.
