Great Stay Overall, but Room for Improvement at Breakfast (club lounge) Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the helpful staff who assisted us. We appreciated being allowed to check in as early as 11 AM. The hotel has a beautiful facade and is neatly set up inside. A unique touch is the self-service Starbucks coffee machine. There’s also a well-stocked vending machine with grab-and-go items, water, and juices. Our room on the 19th floor was spacious, clean, and had a stunning high ceiling, which I loved. The extra amenities outside the room were a nice touch—hot water dispensers, coffee sachets, teas, sugars, towels, hand towels, and tissue rolls were all readily available. While most aspects of our stay were excellent, including the free drinks and nibbles at the ground floor main dining area but the breakfast experience was a letdown. Although we were seated promptly due to the members’ privilege, we noticed some guests were upset because the food displays were not replenished promptly. Food selection was great. Additionally, the “club lounge” lacked the exclusivity we expected. It seemed like many non-members were also accessing the lounge for food and drinks, making it no different from the main dining area. This was disappointing and undermined the premium experience expected in the club lounge.

I enjoyed our stay, although there was no hot water for the shower until 3 technicians came and finally told us the finicky way to ensure hot water came through (running the hot water tap for the bath until very hot then turning on the shower, without doing this is would run cold after a minute or so). There could be more atmosphere around the pool, set up a pool bar, have some relaxing mellow holiday music and make ordering pool side snacks easier.

Excellent service. Staff were so accommodating. There's lots of facilities in the hotel and surrounding area. We had an excellent stay. Early check in and storage of luggage on departing day was a bonus. Thank you

This hotel is absolutely disgusting—old, dirty, and poorly maintained. When we arrived at our room, we were shocked to find graffiti on the door, including etched images, look at photos. We immediately reported this to the front desk, and they moved us to another room that was just as bad, if not worse. At this point, the manager got involved and offered to upgrade us to a "top floor club room," personally escorting us there. However, the so-called upgrade was no better. The room had a large stain on the carpet, smelled awful, and was filthy. Desperate to leave, we contacted our travel agent’s emergency line while the manager continued to search for a suitable room. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay the night. The manager showed us four more club rooms, and we reluctantly chose the least terrible option. Even so, the night was unbearable—the room reeked, was rundown, and dirty. It was the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. The following morning, we couldn’t even stomach the breakfast. We checked out immediately and moved to a proper hotel. Any five-star reviews for this place must be fake or written by people accustomed to living in squalor. If zero stars were an option, that’s what this hotel would receive. I hope this review spares others from the nightmare we endured.

On ground staffs are polite only to tourists. I stood in front of the staff for a good 5 mins trying to find my way to the cafe located beside 7-11 and they deliberately ignored me pretending not to see me. When I interrupted their conversation with another tourist, the staff on ground did not give make any eye contact with me and sounded impatient. Please brush up on your staffs service levels even though I am not a paying patron. I will never consider staying in this hotel and will get my friends to avoid this accommodation at all cost. Disgusted!
