A very clean, tidy, presentable and affordable place in a great location! Lots of conveniences nearby and easy transport links. Only complaint I have is that the walls are quite thin. I could hear people talking at normal volume in the room next to me and the people I travelled with complained about hearing the elevator noise overnight.

My brother booked this room through hotels.com and he accidentally booked on the same day, 1 day before we arrived. Even within 1 minute of realizing the mistake we could not get a refund for that day. When we arrived there is self service check in kiosks and staff were not friendly, they would rather you check in your self. The room we booked was for two twins beds for a superior room with 3 people. The bed is not big enough for two people. Staff offered us nothing but to pay extra 80 dollars a night for the upgrade even though we already paid an extra day and had not even arrived. By the way if we had initially ordered a room with a bigger bed it would have only costed 7-8 extra a night. There is no flexibility or customer service here. These people are cold as ice, as you know mistakes/accidents happen when you are travelling, good luck if you make any errors in your booking at this place. This place will be happy to help you but only if you open up your wallet wide. Edit: Management came to address the issue of 3 people in the room and gave us a room with a king so two people can fit on one bed.

Had an amazing stay at Furama Riverside with my family last week. It is a fantastic location, with public transport in walking distance. The hotel is perfect, with some of the most beautiful rooms. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you to Carlos and my room cleaner Joy, who provided exceptional service throughout! I will definitely be returning!

What stands out about this hotel is the quality of service you receive from the staff. From the doorman to the bellboy and room attendants, everyone is friendly, competent and seems to genuinely be enjoying what they do. I would like to give a special mention to Liza, the front desk manager in the mornings for going the extra mile to accommodate us even though I messed up our travel bookings and arrived too early. Liza was quick to resolve our issue and make us feel important.

Stayed here with my wife back in May, not one complaint about the hotel. Comfortable room, enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, nice pool area, good service and welcoming staff. If there was just one criticism it would be the exterior could do with a coat of paint but, overall,a genuinely nice hotel and I shall return.
