Had an amazing stay at Furama Riverside with my family last week. It is a fantastic location, with public transport in walking distance.
The hotel is perfect, with some of the most beautiful rooms. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you to Carlos and my room cleaner Joy, who provided exceptional service throughout!
I will definitely be returning!

Stayed here with my wife back in May, not one complaint about the hotel. Comfortable room, enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, nice pool area, good service and welcoming staff.
If there was just one criticism it would be the exterior could do with a coat of paint but, overall,a genuinely nice hotel and I shall return.

stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the year and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spacious and quite well-maintained. From the moment I checked in, I experienced great service. The self-service options for checking in and replacing towels were convenient and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. One of the best features was the luggage storage service. When it was time to check out, I wanted to explore the city without the hassle of carrying my luggage, and the hotel provided a secure place to store it at no extra charge.
Additionally, there's a 7/11 store on the ground floor. This was great for those late-night cravings or any other last-minute needs.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, hassle-free, and truly enjoyable! Recommended✨

Good reasonably priced hotel, the staff are fabulous, the buffet breakfast is good and has a huge variety. The pool is fabulous but not many loungers so you have to be quick to get one, a few more seating options would be good. I smoke so had a smoking room, I wouldn't do that again, I foolishly thought there would be a balcony to smoke on, so the room understandably smelt. There is an outdoor smoking area which is in a very strange place on the steps from the carpark and outside the window of the children's play area. I enjoyed my stay and it's walking distance of Chinatown and a short taxi ride to Raffles Hotel and Gardens by the bay.

They offer lot of amnesties in the hotel, Rooms were relatively cramped with smelly carpet. Pool was OK, Tennis court was nice and their location is little away from MRT although bus station is other side of the road. Overall I will give them 4 stars
