From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with such a warm welcome from staff named “Lisa” . She helped me with the check-in and even surprised me by upgrading my room to a bigger one with a bathtub. On top of that, Lisa wished me a happy birthday since my check-in day happened to be my birthday that really made my day! The hotel is spacious, full of great facilities, with friendly staff, closed to MRT Havelock Exit 5, plus a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks coffee machine right on the 1st floor.
The Cheema Gang
Furama is a great place to stay. Our kids lived the pool, we enjoyed playing tennis and golf here. The house keeping lady, Daisy was great at her job. She cleaned our rooms and gave extra towels whenever we requested. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Great place for stay, you have separate ro installed for safe and clean drinking water on every floor. Kitchen and dining place is nice. Seven11 store near front gate is convenient to grab breakfast if you want to save some time if you are in hurry. Harbour metro station is nearby for good connectivity.

Sub par, doesn’t even pass as good - 3 star. Here are my complaints: First day, my door latch was latch at my door, need to call the technician. Shower drain slow. Shower knob unhinged - managed to latch it back myself to turn off the water. Night operator was lazy, unmotivated, monotonous and not friendly. Housekeeper and receptionist was nice and friendly in retrospect. No bidet. Shower tap old school, hard, no variety. Fix position with only one type, on the wall, above the bathtub. Sink tap, temperature type, unable to turn to cold after using hot. Ice bucket need to go down, $5 fee if send to room. And they gave in Tupperware containers. Access card 50% of time not working. A lot of guest keep facing the same issues. Not user friendly at all. Beautiful scenery though with waterfall behind and the environment in the lobby and design of hotel space.

Stayed at the hotel for the entire duration of my vacation in Singapore, I stayed for 4 nights and all 4 nights were great! Breakfast had a variety of food of different cultures, and the staffs were friendly, and the view from my room was beautiful, absolutely stunning.
