I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Last week I stayed at Grand Central for 4 nights and was very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff i encountered. They are helpful, polite and very warm to handle hotel guests. In the past, each time I went Singapore, I would always try to stay at Grand Central, and I will still put Grand Central as my first choice for my future visit to Singapore.

The rooms were homey and essentials were provided. The location is strategic being near the train stations, convenience stores, food courts and shopping areas. The staff also have pleasing personalities. Will recommend!

My no 1 pick if I’m visiting singapore and have business in orchard. Been here twice and is always satisfied with service, especially the indian receptionist girl please give her a raise!! She’s always helpful if we ever need anything and always greets us with a smile. There’s also the lobyboy, and old uncle but is always friendly and helpful to take us to our room. I notice he’s also nagging the other staff that are unprofessional so props to him for always making sure all the staff members are behaving professionally. The hotel itself looks old from outside but it’s actually quite modern on the inside. The smell of the hallways and room is nice but the elevator isn’t and kinda hot so maybe management should look into that. The hotel is also very cheap, maybe the cheapest I can find in orchard. But the quality is not cheap, it’s really good value for the price. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay

Upon entering the reception area, I noticed the dirty floor tiles, and I already had the bad impression from the old unmaintained lobby. The room I got was dirty and disgusting, filled with the smell of mold from the dirty carpet. And hey, it didn't even have a bidet on the toilet. When we complained to the staff, the cocky old guard gave us a middle finger. This hotel and their staff was the worst experience I ever had in SG. We booked for 3 days and 4 nights, but we opted to transfer to Hilton the next morning. If you're into cheap and skanky hotel, this is for you.
