We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and everything was well-maintained—not worn down at all.
The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel has lots of friendly and attentive staff, ensuring great service. Room cleaning was excellent, and the swimming pools were spotless.
It was also convenient to have a pharmacy on-site, along with a gift shop stocked with all the essentials. As a family of three with a 10-year-old, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!
Would definitely return!

It is a great big hotel with spa, big swimming pools, excellent views around, and great service. I was a bit unsure about it reading the reviews about the food in the restaurant. The food is really good. It has local Canaries and Spanish dishes. It tastes really good. The rooms are perfect and the entertainment is a bonus. The aqua dance pool is a bit too deep to be able to do the dance.
We are enjoying our stay here.

Book with caution. We were hit with several hidden charges during our stay and the reception team were very unhelpful and unforgiving.
We booked through the official website, adding two experience packages onto our booking including a spa treatment package and brunch. As it turned out, none of the staff at the hotel seemed to recognise these packages. After a lot of complaining and back and forth between the reception and restaurant, we finally managed to get our brunch voucher. The spa package was not so successful, after first being told we are unable to book treatments in advance to arriving at the spa on our final day and being told there was no availability. Thankfully, Alberto on reception refunded the spa package.
We booked half board but, in hindsight, would have opted for breakfast only and bought food elsewhere. The food options were largely poor and seemed to be catered to children (desserts were largely ice creams or jelly). Food was often lukewarm and not always cooked through. The restaurant is advertised as a formal, trousers-only event but dinner times were often full of loud children. Also be wary that none of the meal packages include drinks, which had not been advertised to us before hence we were hit with a €35 bill upon checking out. Room service also costs an additional €18.
The room we booked, a junior suite, was not as advertised. Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds attached with cable ties. Our view overlooked the children's pool, despite us booking a sea view.
Entertainment was poor and most options were closed by 6pm (including the pool, games room, bicycle hire). The disco was closed and under construction.
Reception staff were mostly young and couldn't care less about your experience.
Overall, if you're a family wanting to offload your kids to the games room or pool and guarantee meals catered for them, it's a good option. For anyone wanting a relaxing four-star experience, look elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with toddlers. While it advertises as a family-friendly place, it’s really more suited for older kids. There’s no kiddie pool, and there aren’t many activities for little ones.
The most uncomfortable part of our stay was a middle-aged man who kept showing up at the mini disco and seemed to be following my son. It made us very uneasy, and I feel like the hotel should do more to ensure a safe environment for children.
The rooms were spacious, but they weren’t very clean—there was dust and dirt under the bed.
The only highlight was the black entertainer—he was fantastic with the kids, full of energy, and really made an effort to create a fun atmosphere.
Overall, our experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a BIG hotel. I’d guess a thousand guests plus ! It is fastidiously clean, the rooms and all communal areas are very clean and very modern. The food is good we’ve really enjoyed it - it’s a canteen for 1000 people so anyone could nit pick, but no one will lose weight staying here !! The pools are nice and sun beds plentiful. Really nice hotel and staff. The beach is a 10 min stroll away and there are plenty of shops, and it’s around €13 for a taxi to either Maspalomas or the aqua land - highly recommend both.
Beware being half board and assuming soft drinks are included - we had a €52 surprise bill on checking out for table water 😬
Overall we’ve loved staying here !
