My stay at the hotel elevated the joy of my trip to Marbella. Every aspect was impeccable - from the pristine room to the sparkling pool, making it an ideal choice for families. Without a doubt, this hotel will remain my top pick for future visits to Marbella. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the reception Manager, Victor. His unwavering support throughout my stay, and even post-checkout, truly made my experience memorable.

This location is wonderful. I would not all this a five star hotel because the room seem to be severely updated. Things are falling apart and there’s mould in the bathrooms. My neighbour was blasting music for two nights in a row and the hotel didn’t compensate me for anything for not sleeping despite it being a family hotel. The staff were really wonderful, but again the facilities really need to be updated for it to be a five star hotel. This is not American standard.

To this day, the hotel has not sent us an invoice for our stay and for all other costs that we incurred at the hotel. I left the data for the factor leaving the hotel and got the assurance that the invoice will be sent the same day. It looks like a scammer because they didn't bill us any. I wrote 5 or more emails to the hotel, I called several times and continued nothing. I will write to booking and give Appropriate opinion. In addition, we got a family room where other guests could be heard behind the wall, each one conversation from morning to night. Zero comfort.

The hotel location is excellent. If you have a car, there is always parking available around the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the view from our room towards the pool and the sea was great. The breakfast was decent, although it could have had more variety overall it was good.However, what was very annoying for me was the room cleaning service. During our 5-day stay, they only cleaned the room twice. We were out of the room every day from 9 am, and when we returned at 3 pm, no one had come to clean the room yet, and I had to call someone twice on different days to clean the room. This issue alone was so frustrating for me that I might not return to this hotel again. But otherwise, everything else was good.

Exactly, excellent excellent hotel....i have no words to explain how i enjoyed.....the people who work at the hotel do they best to make my vacation to be even better supper 😊, especially the desk man ( ismel Ruiz) thanks you all for excellent vacation 😊 , most recommend hotel
