We couldn't think better of this hotel. We took a 92 year old relative and they made sure she was well looked after, even lending us a zimmer and a wheelchair so she could get around more easily. Valet parking was a fantastic touch and took the stress out of trying to get her out of the van and find parking. The front desk staff are a shining example of what great customer service looks like and couldn't do enough to help. Outstanding. The only improvement I'd suggest would be the breakfast service. Sometimes we wouldn't be asked about hot drinks and would have to chase overworked staff down to ask, and 5/8 days the order was wrong when it arrived. More staff would have made us feel better looked after. Despite this, Pepe and the blonde lady were both very diligent and were working non stop every day. The rooms here are great, and spotlessly clean. The mini bar was overpriced, even by minibar standards, but that's a minor issue. We had a broken showerhead, told reception, and it was fixed literally five minutes later. Can't fault that level of service. Please stay here. It's a great place to explore the south coast of Spain.

Beautiful 5 star hotel, excellent service and friendly staff. Just by the beach and close to puerto banus. Room was really nice with spacious terrace and private hot tub. Was an amazing holiday. Would definitely go back again!!!!

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is a great location. The building is worn out and requires serious repairs. My room was filthy, with broken furniture, a moldy bathroom, a dirty refrigerator, stained curtains, and unmopped floors. The furniture on the balcony was also all dirty. It was all terrible, and I wanted to get away from there as quickly as possible.

His unwavering support throughout my stay, and even post-checkout, truly made my experience memorable.
