Firstly I would like to thank the night duty manager “Nacho” for his amazing customer service & support during our stay! As well as day duty manager for his assistance! This is the 2nd time we stayed in Grand Luxor. We had an issue with our room but at the end we got great support from the management.
Secondly I would suggest to do some refurbishment to the pool area like sunbeds, umbrellas, bathrooms’ cleaning ,…..
The last, we had a great time & kids enjoyed it.

Lots of noise by cleaning staff-otherwise a nice hotel and value for money.
Definitely value for money. We paid around 113 a night for 2 people including breakfast and entrance into the theme parks. However, the cleaning staff were very noisy, with loud talking on the corridors both mornings we were there that started just before 7am. The cleaning staff were in the corridor all day so the noise was a constant during the day. There was a also a lot of furniture moving noises throughout the day. Apart from these negatives, the hotel was nice and fairly empty in May. There was lots of choice at breakfast however the hot food wasn't particularly warm.

We had most enjoyable staying for the last few days here, there are more than 600 ppl of us holding conference meeting here for 4 days 3 nights, it’s such a wonderful experience here with perfect views and amazing team, all the staffs are so patient and polite and the manager Nacho is very professional, well communicated and being very helpful all the time with us, We really appreciated it. Had wondering days here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend

My two children (16 & 11) along with myself booked this hotel based on the quality of the rooms, the fact it was a 4 star hotel and the unlimited free access to the parks (Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Mundomar).
The hotel is situated beside Terra Mítica theme park - Approximately 10 minutes away from main Benidorm however during our stay (10th - 20th June), you could hardly hear any noise coming from the theme park when relaxing by the pool (although most days you could see at least 6 coaches and numerous cars queuing for opening time) and it was very busy on the Monday we went.
We booked the superior with sea view room which was very spacious even with the sofa being used as a bed. The bathroom had a separate shower along with the hydro bath and double sink. Amenities within the room such as robe and slippers were a nice addition (although we didn't use the robes). For coffee lovers, I personally found the Nespresso machine / pods awful in taste, no milk is provided and you get 4 pods per day (two being decaff) 6 tea bags (2 standard tea, 2 camomile and 2 mint) but you do have a mini fridge where you can go into Benidorm and purchase milk, drinks, snacks etc and store them in the fridge.
As somebody with spinal issues, I found the master bed (two large single beds pushed together) rather uncomfortable - I would say it was a medium to hard with a mattress topper, so I got a better quality sleep on the sofa that was made up into a bed.
The restaurant offered a wide selection of food however on weekends when the Spanish families arrived for a relaxing break the selection of food was far greater, although the queue to get into the restaurant was extremely busy.
A number of the staff were very friendly, gentleman at the pool bar (where you get your towels), two ladies in the restaurant, they all made our stay very nice with their friendly personalities.
The reception order your taxis (the longest time we waited was about 10 minutes), cost to main Benidorm, Old town, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the outside Wed/Sun market were all around €15 each way and mostly very friendly drivers.
To keep your room on later than the 12:00PM check-out time is €10 per hour - Which is what we did for a couple of hours
Overall, we would stay again as the positives very much outway the few negatives - I'd just take my own Nespresso pods and tea bags etc.

Pretentious family-oriented, 4-star hotel but more like a true 3-star elsewhere. Great location only if you wanna go to terra mítica, otherwise in the middle of nowhere. Service is just average.
