What a fabulous hotel. Directly on the sea front. Immaculately clean throughout, rooms very comfortable slept very well. Great bathroom and shower. Breakfast had something for everyone well presented with plenty of choice. The staff were lovely, especially Carolina, who is an asset to the hotel. She was always smiling and very attentive.

Last minute holiday , great location easy distance from old town . Lovely welcome .room not the biggest but serves well we upgraded to side sea view. No coffee tea facilities but you can request a kettle.breakfast varied wide choice and fresh. Plenty of room no waiting.

Hotel very warm, to the point it’s too warm so you have your window open. AC doesn’t blow cold in the winter. Be aware smoking on the hotel balconies is allowed and the smoke will travel into your room if you’re close, which we are and it goes in our window. Our hotel room now reeks of weed and cigarettes. Won’t be back, thought this was a better hotel than in the strip but it’s not worth the extra. Avoid.

Perfect place to stay right on the front promenade just 100yds from the sea. Hotel very clean in all areas, lifts worked perfectly all the week we were there which we were delighted with as normally the lifts are a problem in many other hotels we have stayed in. We stayed at the rear of the hotel facing the shops, etc, which didn't get any sun at all, we could have upgraded once we found this out to a sea facing room or side room for extra money.

We arrived on Friday and upgraded our room to have a balcony @140 euros, due to being informed by jet2 that they were carrying out works to the back of the hotel. This was our second time staying at the hotel, as we had a good experience last year. On Tuesday morning at 6.30am they started to remove a palm tree just at the front of the hotel, we were not informed about this our TV you can't watch it there is so much interference despite complaining about this. On Tuesday evening the elderly bar attender was standing picking his nose. The room that we are in is just above the bar area, so on my return home l will be canceling our stay for next year.
