Brilliant hotel for the price. Rooms cleaned every day. Hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Great pool area. Reception very helpful, especially the night porter. Location excellent, only a few mins walk to old town and about 10-15 to New town

+ the food was truly excellent and varied, the hotel is spotless and has a good location between new town and old town. The staff si helpful. - the outside pools and jacuzzi were very very cold. At least the jacuzzi should be heated. This is not what you expect from a 4 star superior hotel. Also why should I pay for the inside pool if I am a guest of the hotel? It is too much.

My wife and I stayed here from Wed 29th Jan 2025 -Sunday 2nd Feb 2025 to celebrate my birthday. On arrival, 2 hours before official check in time, we were greeted by a friendly guy on reception. Swift check in and straight to our room. Very clean and well equipped. Large tv (plenty of channels) , kettle, etc. Even a tag on the bed to say we were in the Gift Room, where we received a gift every day😊. Also on my birthday there was a bottle of bubbly in our room. We were half board, the food was buffet style, good selection and very good. Please note that drinks during dinner are not included half board. Evening entertainment was also good. We hired a car for our holiday (but didn’t use it as there was too much to do in Benidorm) there is free on street parking outside the hotel, and the hotel does have a car park. Yes we will definitely stay here again.

Visited RH Princesa for 3 yrs on the trot, as we love it here. Brilliant hotel staff so friendly and obliging. Rooms spotlessly cleaned every day hairdryers, towels changed,shampoo and conditioner filled, body lotion tea, coffee etc & Toothbrushes, razors, sewing kit,tissues and combs available. Food buffet style great choice breakfast 8.00-9.30 evening meal 7.00-9.30 Pic Nic available. Activities all day & 2 entertainment acts every day. Bar and lounge. Heath suite + massages at extra cost. 3 pools + jacuzzi. Highly rated. We love it. Central in Benidorm 10 minutes walk to beach. Lovely old town area. Two beaches + lovely small Cala d Finestrate beach. Lots of lovely little villages + markets and flea Antique markets visited by local buses at low cost. Load a Local Bus card available on bus with amount you want :single journey €1.44. Also very good Tram/train service from Benidorm Station alway on time and very clean. Have fun. Brenda

I stayed in Princesa for 10 nights in a room for a single person on a B&B basis 20th - 30th January. Hotel was very clean, room made everyday. Service was very good especially those working behind the bar. My room was very basic and dark, the way it was positioned meant that no sunlight came through the balcony doors. I’m used to sleeping in a big double bed but I had 2 single beds that couldn’t be pushed securely together, I’d give the room 3 stars at the most. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. I paid for dinner twice and again it was just OK. 2 star food. Location is good but I always stay near the old town, so I’d chosen this. In a way of making up for my room I had a few gifts delivered to my room over the days, they really shouldn’t have bothered as it was 1 star gifts I will not use so I left them in the room. A bit insulting I thought. (Pictured) It was my birthday on the 22nd and the Hotel delivered a bottle of cheap Prosecco type of drink with 2 glasses even though I’m staying alone, I don’t drink cheap alcohol, again I left it in my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay here but I wouldn’t stay here again. A total of 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
