If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

First time here with the wife and must say it was a lovely time. I would recommend to anybody to stay at this hotel as you're not too far from the strip and the old town. The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs. We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

Brilliant hotel for the price. Rooms cleaned every day. Hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Great pool area. Reception very helpful, especially the night porter. Location excellent, only a few mins walk to old town and about 10-15 to New town

I'm sure it's a beautiful hotel, that's why I booked . Some of my family members I planned to travel with had their Schengen visas declined. I made efforts to reschedule or change dates so that my family makes an appeal and the Spain consulates. The hotel declined to help. They said I have to cancel, which is non refundable then rebook, they asked me to pay £800 on top of £1000 I paid. I was devastated. Book at your own risk, if situations beyond your control arise, they ignore the Embassy letters of refusal. They do not even consider a thing.

Just had a fantastic week here. Staff lovely, food lovely, location spot on. Made use of the spa on the last day but wish we had used it everyday as its good value for money.
