The hotel is quite nice, good location close to shops and restaurants. The pool is very small for the size hotel it is. The food is excellent however.
The gym and spa you have to by €7 for 2 hours I think for a 4 star hotel with limited facilities there shouldn't be a charge for this, for this reason I would not give a high rating to this hotel you can find better elsewhere.
I came with friends but even for families the hotel feels like there is limited space and activities to keep kids entertained for a whole week.

Just been for dinner as a non resident with friends who were staying. 20€ for the buffet, great value & the food was superb. A special thanks to "Rocio Hurtado" for the great service & going the extra mile to look after me with gluten free options & even finding me a gluten free brownie for dessert.x

Stayed here last week of the summer holidays, If I could give 10 stars I would, Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Fran on the front desk could not do enough for us was like having our own concierge, he booked our car hire, tickets for attractions and his local knowledge was brilliant. The food is probably the best All inclusive I have had, there was so much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner you could stay there a month and not have the same meal. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard and well kept. Only thing I could find fault with was the aircon in the room was pretty weak. They do not open the pool till 10.30 so there was was no mad rush for the sunbeds we went down at about 11am and always found a spot for 4 of us. The location of the hotel is also perfect was very quiet at night and only 8 mins walk from the main beach and pretty much the same for the old town. When we landed back in the UK we realized that my wife had left her watch in the room safe I rang the hotel immediately they found it and sent it back to us at no charge or issue the communication from Juan all way through that was also very impressive. Will definitely return to this hotel again and again and highly recommend to anyone.

The location for the old town and Centro is excellent. Our room for 4 people was manageable, it was cleaned everyday to a very good standard and views from both sides of the hotel were nice. The food was really nice however the choice was limited and rotation was 7 days. The breakfast was a real winner for me in fact I would go as far as saying best I've had in any Benidorm hotel. The pool areas were not overcrowded and not too busy and the snack van served food the majority of the day. I would stay here again and I'm keen to try other hotels in the RH Group now

Shower not ideal as fell getting out of it due to sloped bath and nothing to hold on to. I cut my leg on glass door.
Otherwise room was nice.
Food excellent and staff very nice.
Location excellent for the old Town
Bar area nice...but too many small children running round very late at night...Adults seemed to let children do what they like and the staff didn't seem bothered.
Queuing system at the bar was not organised as customers waiting on the wrong side were ignored and staff did not advise where to queue.
In general the hotel was fantastic for children.
As for adults very little activities except eating and drinking.
Would not recommend this hotel for adults only.
Just for families.
