We were booked for a four day stay at the gran Bali hotel which a friend recommended. We checked in then out because it’s a cheap run down hotel but the website pictures are from when it was built years ago. We visited the h10 looked at the room and booked 3 nights there. The room was very very clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us so we extended our stay by 2 more days but had to move from a sea view to a room with our own sun terrace. We have booked to go back next year ****** 6 star for us

All staff at the hotel have been exceptional! All polite, helpful and welcoming i cant fault the service. Specifically Alicia! She helped me to arrange a cake for my mother in laws birthday which was delicious and executed amazingly!! Alicia greeted us every morning every evening and was so pleasant. There is no faults with this hotel, food and drinks are delicious and rooms are clean and well decorated.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are comfortable and modern, pools/terraces are well kept, food is good quality. Staff are lovely and very helpful. There is a supermarket right round the corner too (come out of hotel, turn right then right again), the beach is less than a minute away, and the old town is prob just a 5 min walk.

Great hotel in the best location. Superb spacious rooms and very friendly staff, especially Alicia who greeted us every day at breakfast. Beautiful views on all 3 open terraces on the roof. We have stayed in many hotels around here but this is definitely now the best. Thanks all. James & Diane

On entering the hotel. The entrance hall was stunning. The staff were very welcoming. Excellent rooms very spacious. Everything spotless. Food amazing. 1 minute to the beach. Plenty of nice bars. Cafe's and shops close by Would highly recommend this hotel.
