From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. One of the highlights was the breakfast – fresh, varied, and delicious every single morning. The hotel’s location was also perfect: quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Special mention to the staff, who were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-quality experience.

We really enjoyed the experience. The place it huge and can host over 2000 people at once. We were there at high season and it was super packed. We couldn't enjoy the pools much because of how crowded it was. Truly u don't have to leave the resort if u don't want to as activities are always happening. U get special treatment at neighboring beaches. The food is usually included but all buffets and I don't like buffets. Food was ok, a lot of room for improvement. Staff are usually over worked so don't expect much smiles. Overall good experience.

Hello, I don't like to write reviews, but this time I thought I should. We bought a tour package through a travel agency. The hotel's website had very good pictures of the room. We checked into a family room. From the very first minute, I was disappointed. 😔 The room was very dirty, the shower door was broken (we checked in at night, so my husband had to fix the door himself). The bedding was torn, there was dust everywhere, the doors and walls were dirty, and there were dirty dishes on the balcony from previous guests. During our one-week stay, the maid came a few times, but nothing changed. The quality of the cleaning was a 1. Everything else at the hotel was at a good level.

We were truly disappointed with our 8-night stay at Grand Park Lara. Although it’s marketed as a resort, it felt more like an overcrowded apartment complex with a pool and bar than a place for rest and relaxation. The hotel was overwhelmingly busy throughout our stay. Long queues formed at mealtimes, and the dining areas often felt chaotic and rushed. Some dishes were not refilled once they ran out, which made the dining experience even more frustrating. The food quality was inconsistent — even something as simple as rice was undercooked on several occasions. Cleanliness was another major letdown. Towels and blankets were old and worn, and we encountered hygiene issues that should never happen in a hotel — including a piece of hair on the shower line. Not something you want to deal with upon arrival. Communication with staff was also difficult, as most of them spoke very limited English. While some tried to be helpful, the language barrier made basic requests unnecessarily complicated. Overall, the atmosphere was far from relaxing. If you’re looking for a peaceful, resort-style holiday with proper attention to cleanliness, food quality, and service, I would not recommend Grand Park Lara.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Grand Park Lara! The food was really great and available 24/7, lots of variety and tasty options. Our kids absolutely loved the Cory & Friends Kids Club – the activities, the staff and the play areas were fantastic. Perfect place for families, we will definitely come back! 🌟
