I regret to say that the hotel is not worth even 3 stars.
Let me start with the arrival: when we arrived at the hotel at night, the hotel interior was lit only with a pale light indicating deep savings in electricity. The reception staff was unpleasant and downright disgusted by the arrival of guests.
At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it was enough to lie down in bed to find that there was sand in the bedding, which allowed us to assume that the bedding had not been replaced, only adjusted on the bed.
The bathroom probably never belonged to a 5-star hotel, even right after the hotel was built.
Cleaning the room only consisted of adjusting the bedding and changing the towels. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not come up with the idea of replenishing the shower gel or hand soap.
I have no major complaints about the amount of food available, although its quality could be better. The cutlery and plates do not deserve even the lowest rating.
Only one bar available by the pool in the hotel. The lobby bar and the beach bar are unavailable. All inclusive is an unknown expression in this hotel. The bar only serves alcohol in combination with Coca-Cola or Sprite. Any other combination (here called a cocktail) requires an additional fee of 5 euros each time. Juices squeezed on site cost 2 euros for a small cup.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it is at a very good price.

Not a bad hotel, rooms are very nice but the hotel is small and food choices are limited but of good quality. Only one outdoor pool and very small indoor pool not heated. Beach bar serves nice food. Mini bar only has water. This hotel is nothing like the 5 star ultra all inclusive hotels more a 3.5 star

This hotel is faaaaaar away from 5* hotel. For sure only 3+* or 4*. Location is wrong for resort. There is no beach Inside complex. Rooms are good, clean, but not as you expect for 5* hotel.
Receptionist is confused, and his host (older guy) is trying to fix all mistakes. Good work!
WiFi connection is good only in lobby, in rooms poor and unstable. Aircondition system is good.

Food is limited, limited offer, amount is unlimited. 15 people stomach issues and poisoning but its all ower hotels in reagion.
Nobody speaks English, or bear minimum (except 1 guy).
Rooms are nice and clean.
Food is the same every day, just a bit different. No Turskish food for which u travel to taste, poor offer in this hotel, sweets are bad and not tasty not original Turskihs sweets.
No lunch packet that u pay for and they have to give you on day of departure.
They have restoran for a la carte dinner that u payed for, but wont give You, saying they need 14 people interested...
Drinks are from same plastc cups which r reused all the time, Efes beer not that good and pepsi etc...
Pool is warm and nobody takes care if it, meaning horibble Germans spill drinks in the pool and swim with drinks in pool. Nobody on the pool to tell Germans what is normal behaviour what is not when you are with other human beings.
Evoid pool if you can, its 2 hot, no managar or person to take care of things etc.
Beach is ok, it could and has to be cleaner.
Bar on the beach is better and food is better then in hotel.
The blond guy who is working for hotel and throwing parties in the evening is cool and tip him if u can. My man speaks multiple languages.
Water on sea is hips high for first 50m when u get in and really warm.
All in all its a 3 star hotel at best.
Traffic around city is horrible, dont drive.
Shuttle for beach is good and driges every few minutes.
