Our visit: Mid March. Hotel: Excellent. Superb staff. Cleaned constantly. Good facilities and the food is excellent. Decent size pool plus indoor pool and it is child friendly with a good entertainment team. However: (1) If you like to take a morning or evening stroll along a promenade or into a local village for a drink/coffee with a nice view, or explore...forget it! The hotel is on a busy main road, surrounded by other hotels and with a shopping centre opposite. The beach is behind the shopping centre (shut, and I mean shut, until April). However: (2) A good priced all-inclusive week seemed good at first but it can attract all sorts of people. This includes those who over-indulge in the free drink. There were many occasions when my wife and I felt sorry for couples even older than us and those with small children - quite rowdy and noisy and into the early hours. The management seemed to turn a blind eye to this. Summary: A shame really. Lovely hotel but in a poor location (if you fancy exploring) and I shouldn't think there are many weeks in a year which could be described as quiet and relaxing!

I would like to give 5star for this hotel. All the Services are fantastic and very quick. Cleanliness is perfect. Staff works really hard, really appreciate. I got balcony room which had fascinating view. They provide shows for entertainment every night. I am vegan and had lot of options for food as well. I did really like this hotel and services,Grateful👍Highly recommended.

I really think that this hotel was a really nice and family friendly. The Service was great. Everyone was really happy. They were always fast service and never late to any of our meals. They work fast and very positive . The room cleaning was great. And the people were very nice, and the hotel views were amazing. Outside of the hotel, the parks and clubs that you could send your children to which was great. A variety of fruit ,food and vegetables amazing .Overall amazing experience and definitely would come here again.

Variety of foods to choose from, room was decent size, got balcony view which was decent. Provided cot for our toddler, amazing service. Got a full body massage done for decent price at the spa within the hotel. They have pedicure place, hair salon etc. Loads of shops near by as well. The pool is quite busy so you may not always find deckchairs. Would recommend. Decent for the price! Little park for the kids which is really good. I think the description said they had a kids club on but didn't really see that part?

Everything about this place is so lovely. This is what we call a proper hotel. The animation team did a very good job to accommodate the children every day and it was really lovely and they were so friendly. They made us feel very comfortable. The food was good and the cleaners were constantly cleaning.
