An excellent resort! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. My room had a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. Friends had the villa that had a small but very functional kitchenette in them. You can walk to many places from the hotel but we rented a car and there was more than ample parking. The staff was beyond courteous and the meals I ate there were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the next time won’t be “work” related

Absolutely amazing hotel, all staff are just fantastic and can not do enough for you. Here for my birthday and we had a knock at the door, the hotel had gifted me a birthday cake and a bottle of bubbly 🍾 to wish me a happy birthday 🎂, so lovely and unexpected. Pool area is beautiful overlooking the sea, pool is refreshing and just what is needed when it's hot, late October and it's still a hot 26 degrees. Bed in our apartment is really comfortable, little kitchen area has everything you need. Free safety deposit lock box. After checking in we were driven to our apartment in the hotels buggy and our bag's taken to our room. Inside the main hotel building is stunning and smells lovely. Spa is beautiful. Towels are given to you every day to go to the pool. I can not fault this hotel, it's luxury and hospitality is definitely 5 star's.

Service at front desk during check-in was fast & efficient, staff were happy to help. Great location, and all main parts of the hotel are beautiful. However, we came 5 years ago and since the rooms appeared to have remained the same. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, perhaps because they are not proper beds, i woke up every day with back pain. The decor within the apartments is outdated and off-putting. Bathrooms need a better shower/disgusting curtain needs to go. Breakfast is decent however to serve dry carrots, cucumbers and celery alongside cheeses is worrying. Customers should be offered coffee/tea when seated as they only have coffee machines for self service. Spa was below average, broken shower doors, male staff that intimidate you to take a shower before entering pool. I did not feel safe or relaxed and was very uncomfortable the entire time. No facilities to dry wet costumes, no moisturisers, no water to drink. It was not a very nice experience, and they charge you for a cheap swimming cap which they insist you wear in the pool which is pathetic. This hotel has the potential to be 5* but it sits at 3* in my opinion & that's me being generous. I would not recommend this hotel and would not come back sadly.

Great service and location. Very friendly staff. Everything was tops, except the room. It was nice and very clean, but they could use updating. My wife complained about the shower bathtub combo. It was a little hard climbing in and out. If you have any issues with mobility, I would recommend you reserve an accessible room. We had breakfast included, and the choices were unlimited.

Great resort. The decoration of the common areas is beautiful. The restaurant is great. The landscaping is really amazing and well taken care. The gardens, swimming pools, bars, and all the surroundings are extremely clean and organised. The staff is good and helpful. Very good service. About the apartments: - is URGENT to put a sun umbrella or awnings! My apartment had sun all day and it was impossible to use the fantastic terrace. In one week, we just used it at night. - Very well equipped - Super clean - daily cleaning - mattress needs to be changed Highly recommended.
