Great hotel for families and kids. I’ll be returning soon with some golf buddies as well. The only downside is the pricing strategy of the restaurants and bars inside the hotel—you can expect prices to be at least double those outside. For example, we had dinner at the steak restaurant, and for two adults and two kids, the bill was more than €350. There were no kids’ steaks available, and a good steak easily cost €60. Anyhow, we really enjoyed our stay.

A truly beautiful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The resort offers an array of excellent amenities and is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The stunning architecture perfectly complements the natural beauty of the area. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway!

Amazing hotel. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. The only problem I had my whole stay was the mirador Champaign bar. They stated I could sit anywhere, and when I did, I never received service. I waited over 15 min while sunset was happening without being served while everyone else was being served. I finally got up and left, and they didn’t even say anything as I left. I asked if they serve the same drinks inside as out and they said yes. I said I would have stayed out here, but because they couldn’t serve me im leaving. That was the only issue. Otherwise after the first day at breakfast, they knew my name and greeted me by name. Also, if you do anything go to serenity spa. I went for a facial and back for a massage with the same person because they were that great and much positive energy. The hotel is slightly off of the beaten path, but there’s a golf course and easy access to the beach. Food was great too. I went off season so only half the restaurants were open. Though if you are looking for somewhere where customer service truly matters I highly recommend staying at pine cliffs resort.

The property is massive and we came here during the off season. As such many facilities were closed and that was a bit disappointing. At the same time the rooms are great at ocean suites. Service is flawless. One big suggestion I would have is having proper signage throughout so you know where to go. I can't tell you how confusing the existing signs are which constantly contradict each other or are absent at critical juncture.
My favorite part was the beach. Despite the off-season February the views at sunset were top notch

A stunning place absolutely deserving 5 stars. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with separate kitchen and living area.
Gorgeous smelling soaps and lotions, satin hangers, and every room opening into the garden terrace. The decor has a bit of a luxurious 80s feel to it, like I was on set in Dynasty or Dallas (soap operas from the 80s) so perhaps a bit dated but quality so why change it? Big, chunky furniture, plenty of space for 'moving in' without living out of a suitcase. The kitchen was well equipped, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher with a welcome pack on arrival and regularly stocking up fresh water in the fridge. Cleaning teams were efficient and left the place sparkling on a daily basis. And, that's just inside the apartment.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with many different outdoor pool areas. We visited in the new year so amenities outside of the main reception and golf club were largely closed, but that was expected.
The lift to the beach and the views from the clifftop were my favourite. It's quite a bit now walking. We averaged 15000 - 20000 steps just walking around the resort most days. But you can call for the shuttle to get you around the resort.
The pool, gym and sauna were well equipped. You do need a swimming cap for the pool.
The supermarket is just outside the gates with Brothers bar and some restaurants if you feel the on site prices a bit eye watering. That would be my only criticism. The on site restaurants and cafes are expensive. Breakfast tea, coffee, and 2 juices for £17?
A stunning, relaxing place to recharge batteries. We felt very well looked after.
