I had an amazing experience at Hilton Vilamoura. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Hotel was huge. Free parking. We loved our room, we had a shower and bathtub. We felt very comfortable. Also water bottles were provided. We didn’t have breakfast included in our booking so I can’t speak for that. Be aware that the main pools were in maintenance so we weren’t able to use it, and it was a bit noisy with all the work being done. I guess they will open it for summer 2025. But there are other pools available for swimming instead. There was a bar and restaurant available also. Hotel is located in front of a golf club which is nice, also there’s a spa. They also offered free shuttle to downtown. Overall we felt like we could relax for a few days in this hotel. Awesome

I recently stayed at the Hilton Vilamoura and overall, it was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the nearby golf courses were fantastic. The two-bedroom room we had was really nice, spacious, and clean, which was perfect for our group. The grounds were also beautiful, very well-maintained, and made for a nice place to relax. However, there were a few downsides that affected our stay. First, the hotel is farther from the beach than I had anticipated, and with no shuttle service until May, we had to rely on Uber to get around. The shuttle does go to the Marina that has some shopping and restaurants. The biggest disappointment, though, was that the big pool area was closed for renovations. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, so to find out it was closed just a few days before our trip was frustrating. If I had known, I would have chosen somewhere else. Also, despite being a Diamond member, I didn’t receive an upgrade, even though the hotel seemed fairly empty. There’s also no executive lounge, which was a letdown, especially considering the price of the stay. The Spa is nice but only free to Diamond Members. I had to pay for the kids to use the facility. While the golf was great, the whole resort experience felt lacking since key features like the pool weren’t available. The breakfast at the hotel was good, but other dining options were just okay. We ended up ordering UberEats several times and ate at the golf shop and around the marina. One standout, though, was a café just a 5-minute walk away—it was excellent for lunch and dinner. If the pool and/or beach club had been open, I think I would’ve had a much better experience overall. But with so many amenities closed, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations of a "resort."

We stayed Hilton Vilamoura a year ago for new year holiday and had amazing time. Still dreaming of coming back. I hope the hotel will stay the same after the refurbishment. Just perfect as it is. Room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had the half board so had dinner at restaurant Cilantro most nights. Food, wine were way beyond our expectation, they were so delicious, and the most wonderful staffs working there made us feel special and comfortable every night. The new year celebration was fabulous too. My children still talk about them ‘our Hilton friends in Portugal’. Their hospitality is the top class. We absolutely loved this hotel.

Wonderful hospitality. Shuttles to take guests to the beach/center. I enjoyed the cleanliness, and kindness from staff who welcomed my dog on site. The dining options on site include a nice restaurant, and buffet which was very delicious for dining.

Excellent hotel, even accounting for some of the parts that need a refurb (which I'm aware is happening over this winter). The spa was definitely the highlight. From check in to checkout all the staff were fantastic. Even the cleaning staff went above what we expected. Food at breakfast all excellent, with a lot of choice (particular thanks to the chef at the egg station that did my omelletes). Used the shuttle bus to the Marina one day that was also really good and meant we could have a drink and leave the car at the hotel. Car parking also great. Overall a fabulous stay and we think we'll be back.
