We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, which exceeded our expectations. This was our first all-inclusive resort stay, and compared to experiences shared by friends, we were very positively surprised by:
- The quality of the food, and the fact that after almost a week at the resort we didn't feel bored by the wide selection and changing dishes.
- The training and friendliness of the staff.
- The quality and diversity of pool and beach installations, and the range of nice spaces where to spend time and relax.
- The quality of the music and entertainment.
It was a delightful experience overall, and we look forward to visiting again! Great job!

Just arrived. Greeting was superb. Made to feel really welcome and valued. Staff are very well trained and service is of a very high standard. Buffet restaurant is excellent. Food is refreshed and replenished constantly, even after the advertised closing time. Main pool and smaller pool by the Summer Houses are both beautifully clean and like a warm bath. Cocktails around the pool were well made and no scrimping on the alcohol. So far I’m really impressed. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic hotel, perfect for our family trip, spending 3 nights all inclusive in one of the summer houses.
Excellent dining options, plenty of pools and kids activities (including the aquapark!) Plus an amazing selection of food served all day. But best was the service from the staff - super friendly and attentive, always happy to accommodate requests.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, and helpful as well as accommodating.
The kids club and entertainment was great. Lots to do, with the aqua park and various swimming pools.
It was very comfortable and the ala carte restaurants were fantastic.

We recently stayed at the Costa Botanica and this was absolutely fantastic. Staff were so warm and welcoming! Great facilities, great atmosphere and the food was great. Would definitely recommend. We brought our 3 children and they thoroughly enjoyed their holiday!
