Excellent hotel. Everything is clean. Nice design. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning.
The beach was fantastic, clean, vast and perfect for relaxing or strolling. If you are looking for a beach holiday, this hotel delivers on that.
The food was another big plus. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of choice for every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, the culinary experience was first class.
The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag though. While they had a certain wild charm, they weren’t new and this showed in some wear and tear. They were comfortable enough, but if you’re expecting modern amenities you may be a bit disappointed.
One major downside was the distance from the hotel to the airport. The long drive there was tiring and made my trip less enjoyable. If you’re planning on staying here, just be prepared for a long drive.
Overall, this hotel offers stunning views, a great beach and fantastic food, but the older rooms and long distance from the airport may be something to consider before booking.

Just returned for second year.
Once again fantastic Hotel and Staff
Food very good- how do they do it all?
Hotel super clean in all areas- staff dusting, hoovering, cleaning tables continuously
Bar service astonishing-I didn’t wait 60 seconds for a beverage
Entertainment staff really engaged my children - actually getting my shy 15 year old boy up and dancing 😃
Beach and sea front very well kept- always a sun lounger available
It cost 3 times last years price, I searched and searched- waited last minute but couldn’t find it at a better price. Because it was such a nice experience last year I was unfazed at this years price. Let’s see what happens next year if we can go again

Came in may, it is a lovely hotel the beach is right through the otherside some staff are very happy and interact with kids and parents,
They have afternoon games and anything else you need, The only annoying thing is when they constantly come around the pool area to promote or get you to buy a massage or boat trips, etc. And also the songs by the pool I feel as though they are on a constant loop!
They try to do different themes for dinner in the week, which is nice, but lunchtime is always the same food, especially in the pool bar area,
The rooms are nice a little bit dated, the fridges are so loud though it's a bit hard to sleep with the noise. Definitely if you're a light sleeper like myself!
Sun loungers, you have to go early to get one near the pool but not too early, or they will take your towels off the chairs. Slide into the pool, which is always a bonus for the kids!
There is plenty to do through the town and so many activities for people to do.

This
hotel had some incredible features, but also a few drawbacks. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream. The beach was fantastic, clean, expansive, and perfect for relaxation or a stroll. If you're looking for a beach getaway, this hotel excels in that area.
The food was another major plus. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary experience was top-notch.
However, the rooms were a bit of a mixed bag. While they had a certain wild charm, they were not new, and it showed in some of the wear and tear. They were comfortable enough, but if you're expecting modern amenities, you might be slightly disappointed.
One significant downside was the hotel's distance from the airport. The long trip to get there was exhausting and made my journey less enjoyable. If you're planning to stay here, just be prepared for the extended travel time.
Overall, this hotel offers stunning views, a great beach, and fantastic food, but the older rooms and the long distance from the airport might be something to consider before booking.

The hotel is good and many opportunities fot food and drinks . Amazing entertainment and great team around the pool all day. Very colorful parties and very entertaining live music and karaoke evenings around. The city itself is very alive and the hotel takes place in the very alive location in the city . But I felt really disappointed and out of place during my stay at this hotel sometimes .It seemed like they only catered to Russian and British guests, and everyone else was somewhat overlooked. The staff paid more attention to those who gave them tips, giving them better service, while the rest of us were treated like second-class citizens. At the parties, they played music with several Russian songs, and when we asked for a Polish song, our request was politely brushed aside. To be clear, this was only the people in charge of the music—the entertainment team was actually fantastic. But if you're not Russian or British, don’t expect the same level of service or attention from the rest of the staff."
