We stayed at Green Nature Diamond Hotel for 7 days and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing, always smiling and extremely helpful. The Food & Beverage team was excellent, the bar staff were so friendly, and the food was both delicious and full of variety. Our room was always spotless thanks to the housekeeping team. The adult pool was calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, while the animation team went above and beyond to make sure everyone had fun. Even though the hotel was very busy, the service quality was far above expectations. Another great advantage is the location – the beach is literally right next to the hotel. There are lifeguards everywhere, which made us feel very safe, and there is even a doctor available 24/7 inside the hotel. On top of that, the hotel has its own supermarket, which was very convenient. Definitely one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. We would love to come back again and we highly recommend it to everyone! 👏👏👏

Booked this place very last minute with Jet2 for 6 (4 Generations from 89 to a 19 Month old). It was a risk as we had no time to research etc. Definitely premium Marmaris in every way, location, resort, services, the food was amazing, the desserts are truly works of art. Staff are everywhere you need them to be and super friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate everywhere. Will come again it was that good. Everyone had an amazing time. Not the cheapest place but worth it looking at other places in the vicinity.

Amazing hotel, great location, right on the beach, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, good food, lots of options. Separate grill area outside for dinner. We booked side sea view room and the view was a bit disappointing with a tree blocking. Plenty of bars, good drinks and fast service. There is also non all inclusive bar showing live sport on site. Friendly entertainment team but it does get too much sometimes when they come over for a chat when you try to relax by the pool. However, there is adults only pool and it is much more quiet. Felt very safe, security visible and doing great job. The only criticism is, we were constantly approached by hotel sellers, both by the pool and in lobby bar area - hairdresser, photographer, excursions, spa, massage etc. It really is too much, I am happy to listen to what they have to offer but then they come back and ask if I decided something. I had a massage and it was good. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will come back next year

Went here for a few nights after prime beach hotel and I have to say it's good in comparison. We had a very young baby in our family group, so we weren't looking to sunbathe or swim etc. We just wanted to entertain them and this hotel was perfect for them. They had a whole section full of toys, where they could play and crawl and do what they wanted. There were more choice of foods and a la carte menus. Very delicious. It is dark but when we went it wasn't busy (April 2025). Couldn't hear much noise in the rooms and all the guests were polite.

Mixed Experience – Some Highs but Many Lows The staff are friendly and work incredibly hard, which we really appreciated. Rooms were okay — we had one with three single beds, and it served its purpose. However, the mini-fridge wasn’t refilled daily as expected; we had to track down the staff member each time to get it sorted. Day and night entertainment was decent, though it did get repetitive in the evenings, so we ended up going out a few nights for a change. The food was lovely — you could eat plenty if you were willing to wait. Expect to queue for about 20 minutes at dinner after spending 10 minutes trying to find a table. The dining area felt chaotic, with people pushing, shoving, and cutting in line during tea time. Finding a spot in the lobby bar to relax after dinner or a night out was nearly impossible. The hotel doesn’t seem to have enough seating to cater for the number of guests. No entertainment there either, which was disappointing. In my opinion, the hotel is just too big to properly function as a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed in smaller 3- or 4-star hotels that offered a much better experience overall. One major concern: my mother-in-law was asked by a cleaner for money because she was going to be off for two days. She was approached directly and asked for cash before even cleaning the room — this felt really inappropriate. If you can get this hotel at a bargain price, then sure, it might be worth it. But I personally wouldn’t rate it as a true 5-star experience.
