Fantastic place. Great service and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and tidy and in good condition. Rooms are very good with great facilities and well maintained.
Food is really good and prices responsible.
Step outside and the town is on your doorstep but definitely the quiet end of town. No town noise can be heard whilst in the hotel.
Pool is well kept if a little small and colder
than parts of my body would have liked!
Would highly recommend this for quality, value for money, location and a great stay

Hi,
We recently stayed at the H10 Ocean Dunas and had a very mixed experience during our stay.
The Good Points
The hotel is located in a great area right in the heart of Corralejo and in easy reach of local bars and restaurants. We found that the reception staff were polite, courteous and helpful during our stay. Also the pool was nice and quiet with plenty of sunbeds which was good, however the parasols probably need an upgrade. The room was spacious and had a nice terrace and the air conditioning was excellent, however the room needed improvements regarding general cleanliness.
The Bad Points
The dining within the hotel is a buffet breakfast and a set menu for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the dining within this hotel and found it an uncomfortable experience, the breakfast was often cold, bland and unappetizing, the coffee was also bad and the machines often broke down which was frustrating. The lunch was not much better as we often had long wait times for food which was not very interesting, had Tortillas out of a bag with some dips for starters and then had a salmon bagel with fries (which were actually potato wedges) and then finished with a hot chocolate brownie (a perfect summer dessert)!
The dining experience in the evening was definitely the worst of the holiday, again the food was bland and uninteresting-however the deserts were excellent and we usually had two of them to make up for the main meal. Why doesn't this hotel change the menu every 2 weeks? Or showcase local food and cuisine?
The restaurant staff also gave you a bill every night after you ordered drinks (as these are not included), unfortunately they were obsessed with getting this bill signed and often came to the table several times to make sure it was signed. Quick tip- Please could you give the bill at the end, for example what if you want more drinks after this has been taken away? The staff attitude was quite poor and they seemed to prioritize guests who purchased alcohol, fortunately for us however we found a bar around the corner which served nicer drinks which were cheaper so the hotels mission on trying to charge guests extra for drinks is counter productive (hence why the bar is always empty)?
I also wanted to highlight that there were a few problems with the room, firstly the beds are not actually King-Size and actually two single beds pushed together two of which had stains on them and we also had a large cockroach in the room, this does not sound like a 4-Star Hotel does it?
Overall the hotel is located in great area with some good points, but we found it too inconsistent to be a 4 Star hotel, the experience was let down by the food and drinks which were not up to standard. However we found some good local restaurants, bars and met some fantastic locals which made up for the hotels shortcomings and it is those memories which we will be taking away with us.

We have just stayed at this hotel for a week on a half board basis in a superior junior suite. This is the most relaxing hotel we have ever stayed in. No problems with sun beds always some available during the day. Food is delicious and staff all very nice. Nothing is a problem to them. Close to all amenities if you need shops, restaurants or supermarkets. Would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel. It's small, and very quiet but in an excellent location, 1 minute from the main street and beach. The food is excellent, fantastic choice and high quality. Consuela and the rest of her waiting staff were brilliant too - so kind and attentive all of them, and so accommodating with my mum's food allergies. The rooms were nice and modern with great sized balconies (however I felt it lacked storage for two people if staying for more than 1 week). All in all, I thought this was a brilliant hotel, best we've stayed in Corralejo and we will come back.

If you like a quiet hotel then this will suit. Upsides: location close to the beach and amenities in the area; we had a superior room, which was large and spacious; some staff were lovely (notably Sarah on reception). Downsides: it was very quiet everywhere, only on our last day did they pipe background music into the restaurant; the superior room had only a wardrobe and 2 small side bed drawers, it lacked storage forcing us to live out of our cases, there is plenty of room for some more storage, (we looked into a lower graded room and they had way more storage than they could use!; the restaurant lunch and evening menus never changed for the 12 days we stayed, the breakfast menu was boom or bust and it took ages, if at all for some items to be restocked. Some restaurant staff were very helpful but one man (whose name began with J and ended E) bordered on rude and disinterest every time he was asked for something: On one, occasion slamming a lemon slice down because we complained about a drink. For a 4* hotel to close the bar at 11pm regardless of whether people were there is wrong. There was no social bar where people could gather, have a later drink and mingle. Lights out! Go to bed Senor!
