Our first time here, loving it. The rooms are nice and big, and very comfortable. Food in restaurant is good with a good choice, staff are excellent and very welcoming. The mama Mia restaurant we can use twice during our stay is excellent. Perfect location of hotel, walk to end of street and you are on the main strip. Loads of shops, bars ,restaurants and about 5 to 10 minutes walk to 3 beaches and 15 minutes walk upto the music square. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic holiday. I am so glad we stayed at H10 ocean suites the complex is amazing. Staff are absolutely fantastic and all do an amazing job. The only reason I give 4 stars for the room is we booked 10months ago and fully paid 8 months ago and our room was on the first floor with no lifts and our apartment was on the end and had a view of the wall of the apartments opposite. But to be honest this did not spoil the holiday. There was entertainment for an hour each night. We went all inclusive plus which meant premium drinks and the staff definitely didn't skimp on drinks. Food was a buffet but the choice is immense. I would definitely go back. Thank you Ocean Suites

Only our second day, before arriving and at booking stage, we asked for a junior suite, king size bed, balcony with pool view, told them it was a special occasion, our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Before arriving, our expectations were to get may be two out of the list of requests we sent, we were amazing surprised to have all our expectations met! Service outstanding! Welcome bottle of bubbly, amazing room, snacks provided as we arrived late, start of an amazing week! Thank you so much! I will up date as our holiday moves on!

It took us 5 years to return and that was 4 years overdue! The vacation was Terrific!! The hotel is lovely, not too big, well-maintained, clean, and has a lovely garden. Such a warm welcome with checking in too! Lovely touch to offer a refreshment whilest waiting on this procedure. The staff, we were pleasantly surprised to see many staff again. Five years is a long time and usually a lot changes in that time but the majority of the staff was still there. Friendly, warm, caring and polite! We find it a good sign of a caring business if good staff stays! The rooms are spacious, clean, ample supplied with amenities (although a few coffee capsules and tea bags would be a finishing touch). The linnens are fresh, stainless and free of threads and tears. Plenty of pillows and the beds can be foreseen of a topper to make them a bit softer if you wish so. The restaurants and bars are well-stocked with brand products, no cheap stuff/ b-quality goods. Lots of fresh fruit and veg available at every meal and tons of variety in the dishes served in the restaurants. The live-cooking and the restaurant staff are wonderful. They really cater to please your taste! The Animation Team is a wonderful team, so sweet for the kids and they really aim to provide fun activities. Our kid was too young last time to enjoy the miniclub activities but she made up for it this visit! She was excited to have a fun day and was waiting for them to start the day with a dance (and end it too at the mini-disco)! Big shout out to Jéssica, Julio, and Kornelia for the variation in activities! From cocktail-demo to darts, from Sup-yoga to Pool-biking, body stretching, yoga, Pool- and Foam parties. Even the evening programme is varied and a lot of fun to watch/listen too. All in all, when we had to go home... we left with a heavy heart. We think that this shows how wonderful our vacation has been! Big warm Thanks to H10 Ocean Suites for this!!!! We will be coming back again (it won't take us 5 years this time! ) 💛
