I recently celebrated my birthday at the Waldorf Hotel with my friends, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, and we made the most of everything available. The spa, in particular, was a highlight—we loved every moment of relaxation and pampering. A big thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful birthday cake! It was such a lovely surprise and made my celebration even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. I’d especially like to mention Charlie, who was so helpful and chill. He really went out of his way to assist my friends and me, and we truly appreciated it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to personally thank him before we left, but if there’s any way to pass on my appreciation, I’d love for him to know how much we valued his kindness. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend the Waldorf to anyone looking for a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

We had a great experience — the hotel service was perfect! This place is truly the best for families in Qatar. The staff were amazing, the breakfast options were excellent, and the facilities for kids were outstanding. Plus, it’s conveniently located near Vendome Mall. Highly recommended!

Stunning property but disappointing service. No room upgrades for Hilton Gold but able to find sea view room availability at a charge. Worst breakfast experience I've had in a while, no one to escort you to a table, we had to help ourselves and then ordered fresh eggs to be given some off the buffet. We stayed at Waldorf West Bay for 3 nights before here and the service and breakfast was much superior.
