We stayed at Suite Hotel in July ‘23. The hotel check in was fast and the guy was very friendly, he gave us a sandwich, fruit and water for the room as we arrived late at night. The room was spacious lots of wardrobe space and loads of space round beds. The balcony had table and chairs. We had a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Beds were really comfy. The food was excellent and we never went hungry. There’s all variety of breakfast choices, fruits, hot breakfast. Lunch is just as good and dinner choice is fantastic. The dessert section was unbeatable with fancy cakes and ice cream 🍨 We were all inclusive and the drinks were local spirits and beers but definitely were fine. U can ask for your favourite brand and pay extra. The rooftop bar was our fave at night with lively music playing and a great atmosphere. The pools are big enough and have plenty of loungers so we had no issues with that. It gets pretty windy at times so u might want towel grips for your sunbed. Definitely plan on going back another time.

It's been a pleasure to stay at HL Suitehotel. Starting with a warm welcome, great service all around, lovely jacuzzi area (also clothing optional) and good food. It also was no problem to stay there after checkout. Spending the time at the pool and taking a shower was no problem after checkout. Altogether a very relaxed stay and they always make everything work for you. P.S thank you for the birthday gift!!

Room is comfortable and decent size. It’s regularly clean. Nice balcony overlooking the playa del Inglés. Location is good, close to the beach, bars and restaurants and bus stops. Service, disappointing! No one to great you and take your luggage upon arrival. No welcome drink though you can see the glasses on the counter all ready to be served once guests are at the reception. Breakfast, no table service, you have to get your own hot drinks and most time the machine is broken and caused large queues. No table service in the evening for drinks, due to lack of staff we waited for 20mins to get a drink. Some staff behind the bar are not properly trained but shout out to Sergio, Victor, Yessica, Azaria and Lesley who always tried their best. Food, it’s okay. Different theme every night. Entertainment, again it’s okay. Songs are very repetitive but hands down the best one is Wednesday evening @giobox excellent entertainer…always including the guests and very interactive! I have to add and must say that this hotel has one of the best rooftop bar! The view is amazing and opens till late. Just that the lift is a let down, can only accommodate 4 guests at a time. If overloaded, you’ll be stuck! Beware! Dress code, according to some web you supposed to be wearing long pants for dinner, this is a joke as everyone wear what they want. (Short, swimwear flip flops was seen every night) makes the place less classy. The hotel is an average hotel but doesn’t stand out from other hotels that we have stayed in the same area.

This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel and I intend coming back for a third visit. On our arrival we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and water in the room's fridge. My husband's birthday was during our stay and the hotel gave him a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a lovely gesture. The hotel itself is in a prime location for the beach and bus stops if you like to explore the island. All the staff employed are extremely professional and friendly particularly in the dining room. Cleanliness is a priority everywhere in the hotel, our room was cleaned to a very high standard daily. There are lots of comfortable sun beds at both pools on the ground level and up on the rooftop you can find two different sections where you can also sunbathe with the addition of jacuzzi pools to help you cool down. The hotel also offers a spa, which is well worth a visit. I did not personally go to the gym but it was available if you enjoy working out. The food is very good and there is a huge selection to choose from, so even a fussy eater would not go hungry. Each evening some of the food was based on a particular theme so it was nice to have that selection e.g Spanish evening, Indian etc. I particularly enjoyed the musical entertainment whilst dining. Wifi is free throughout the hotel. If you are looking for an adult only, chilled out relaxing break this is the hotel for you.
