Awesome IHG resort near Central Phuket. Convenient location and really a great property. My review reflects the villa suites which are fantastic: large rooms, balcony or direct pool access, beautifully decorated (really all of the resort is aesthetically pleasing). Facilities are all great including gym and pools. Breakfast buffet was great. No complaints at all. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve been to (I’ve been to 5* hotels), what makes it excellent is the service. I’ve been to 5* hotels which does not have as good hospitality. As soon as they saw me come out of my cab, they couriered my luggage and got me a room in under a minute. The room itself was very comfortable, and the underwater pool/bar was very cool. The staff themselves were very friendly and took time to talk to all the guests, which created a very friendly vibe. The gym was ok, been to hotels with more equipment, but overall atmosphere of this hotel was excellent. 5* service The hotel was close to Thai food street markets which served delicious local dishes

Location is great! Nearby everything in Patong.. service is wonderful. Staff are all great and supportive. Very clean rooms.. breakfast has variety of options. Calming atmosphere. i am usually very picky with my staying.. and holiday Inn made my staying

Overall we cannot say it super good or super bad, its just a clean place, ok for money but in general it does not have atmosphere. Rooms are ok, views are nothing special - we have had one to the busy street. Pool is clean in morning then later is getting more dirty from leaves, not a big deal. Breakfast are ok, lot of options for asian customers,but EU ppl will do also good. Just dont order capucino because it has nothing to do with it :) Beach is cross tge street with security guard helping to stop the trafic. Its okand for 200bath / 7 eur you get 2 chairs and unbrella. Where i have problem is not directly with hotel but with fact you can smoke weed everywhere you want. Ok hotel has no smoking weed policy but on the beach its one big hippie party. Being on vacation with two small kids - we are not coming back unless they will adjust the law Ohhh and yes, kids eat free its superb program run by Holliday in Worpdwide

We stayed here for one week. The day we arrived we ordered Thai food from the restaurant and it was terrible. We were shocked that the local food was not made well. We also ordered pizza and burgers on other days. The burgers had chunks of hard fat in them. The pizza was ok. I also ordered a salmon bowl and the first time it was delicious and the second time it was not great. The service for food and drinks was very inconsistent. On our last day we ordered lunch before we left and it took more than an hour for it to be made. While at the pool, there are call buttons for food and drink service but when we called it, we often did not get a response. The pool bar was regularly empty with no one available to serve. At any given time there were many people working in the dining room but no one was actually taking food or drink orders and maybe one person was serving food and drinks. It was a great disappointment to come to such a beautiful resort and to experience such terrible service.
