We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. There is another pool for families with inflatables this pool does get busy and obviously has children playing in the pool. We are very pleased with breakfast a well stocked fruit and yoghurt bar as well as a good hot buffet bar. It does get very busy so be prepared for the odd wait for a table if coming at peak time. We did have an issue with our shower this was sorted quickly. We had no t.v for the first few days but was again sorted as quickly as it could be under the circumstances. The rooms are abit dated but very clean. I would recommend a one week stay as not much to do for families in the resort apart from beach and activities in the hotel. Puerto Mogan is very pretty and quiet ideal for a relaxing and eating out if not full board at Cordial Mogan.

Great location and facilities. Very nice pool area and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the half-board option. The town has many good options for dining, just not at this hotel. Staying here currently, tonight's dinner was a disaster. If you like prepackaged pizzas or cakes from a factory, then maybe you'll be alright. Some nights are okay, but not great. It is not possible to order coffee with your dessert after dinner. The fruits are rotten, and the plates are dirty. I can't count how many I sorted out before getting a clean one. The picture will show how big lines quickly form for the food station. It reminds me of a medical facility dinner buffet. Many elderly guests are particularly enjoying it here; most of them are from the UK.

Nothing negative about the hotel, nice pools, beautiful grounds, spectacular reception Atrium area. 2 sittings at dinner are odd, always a bit rushed, if you end up on the wrong table you're a bit of a naughty school child! Food is well cooked and of good quality but a bit samey, no theme nights etc. The main issue is that many of the clientele are of a particular generation and some are a little rude, woe be tide you if you happen to perch at the wrong spot by the pool! The hotel could do more to entice a more varied demographic as it currently is drifting towards a 'shady pines, tinsel and turkey' vibe. We're having a good time but, we work hard for our holidays and we won't come back again. It's lovely, just not for us!

Booked a 7 nights stay at Cordial Mogan Playa through Easyjet holidays. We had a Junior Suite which was clean and spacious. Some may consider the room a little old fashioned, but everything was there and we'll maintained. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. A couple of minor points, if you want to book for dinner you had to select one of 2 sittings; 18:30 or 20:30 and the bar service at the evening entrainment was rather slow. However we had a great vacation at this hotel situated in the pleasant town of Mogan Playa.

A great place for a family holiday. Lovely gardens around all the pools. The quiet pool is especially beautiful to look out from and relax. The complex just seems a little tired and they seem to struggle to keep it all maintained. Bathroom in our superior room was lovely and seemed recently updated. Sadly not enough switches around the place and ironing shorts was a real challenge so I'd recommend bringing your own steamer for ease. The mini club is great and the kids really enjoyed the activities. The family activities in the main pool are also very engaging and well run. Overall would recommend. The hotel needs to try and upgrade the rest of the room and bring more into the future. Once done, this place will be amazing!
