I am updating my review after the hotel and specifically Pablo took action quickly to address our concerns and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect. That is true class, service and a 5 star hotel. No one or place is perfect but how you handle it makes all the difference and Pablo approached us with all smiles and was beyond helpful in making our experience perfect. Thank you very much. We appreciate it beyond words and will tell everyone about you and the resort.
If you are able to upgrade to the suite (specifically 2 bed , 2 bath) it is absolutely incredible and stunning. Wow!
To touch on some nice features as well.
- they have live music at breakfast and at dinner. Fun! They are fantastic and nice elevated touch. Also blankets in the evening so that you are comfortable if it’s a bit chilly out.
- it is on the water and lots of chairs facing out to look at the incredible view.
- the location is good. Close to the airport (about $40 eur one way) and you can walk into town and easily have a bite and drink elsewhere

Whilst we haven’t stayed overnight at this hotel, we regularly come here for a cup of tea on the beautiful terrace to the back of the hotel. There aren’t many better views or relaxing settings that we’ve found in Mallorca than the one here. The consideration in the design of the space between the hotel and the sea is superb. So carefully and tastefully thought out with many secluded Balinese beds and sun beds right on the seafront.
The service here is always friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Pepe, always remembers us and is most attentive and pleasant, as are the other staff. Something of a rarity here on the island. Safe to say, we shall certainly be coming back again and again. We shall never tire of this stunning view and ambience.

This hotel is definetly not a 5 star hotel, at best, maybe a 4..The bathroom shower area has rust around the metal frame.of the shower, inside and outside shower. The rattan furniture on balcony was all split, so.it was catching on our clothes and snagging them. The beds duvet was covered in a white sheet not a duvet cover, so through the night ypu got tangled in the sheet. The cleaners, although the room was clean, they would leave the rubbish bags in room full of the rubbish, they never took them with them. The towels were cream and old. And the frames on the balcony were covered in rust also. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They did change the rattan furniture half way through week, I will say that. They did offer to change our room as well, but the rooms they showed us were worst, so we stayed put. The pool area was lovely though. The prices on the drinks were ridiculous, 2 beers, not quite pints were €24, a can of coke €6, and a bottle.of small water €8, as I said, ridiculous. The bars were always really quiet. If they had a good think about the reason they were,.it would make sense to reduce the prices and get a fuller bar area,.with a bigger turn over.

Do not hesitate one moment to book this resort. We have travelled the world and stayed in many 5 star properties. On this trip, we have been totally blown away by the the service we received. Every member the team are passionate about providing an outstanding level of service and even go beyond what a guest would expect. They are clearly well trained and this is a real credit to the leadership.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures, the staff is incompetent and unprofessional!
The room is beautiful and the beach is nice, that’s all.
First day, they gave us a room with two beds although the reservation mentioned one bed. They said we’d need to mention it by email earlier if we wanted a bed.
Secondly, they’re unable to order taxi for you and commend you to come downstairs because they can’t anticipate a taxi for you. They’d just hang in the phone on your face and not help you find a solution.
If you want to eat at the pool restaurant, they stop serving at 3:30pm because the restaurant closes at 4pm.
Last day, was the WORST, at the reception, they took our luggage and dropped our bag with 3 laptops inside without an apology from the reception who wrongly placed the bags.
Moreover, we told them about the bad experience and when the reception told the head that the taxi wrongly believe we are going to the airport (although we are going to another hotel because we can’t stand the people of this place), the head of the reception “Ramon” said in Spanish “I don’t care what the taxi driver believes and takes them, just let them go”. Although, he didn’t know I spoke Spanish. When I told him in Spanish, his face became red and then said he can’t speak English.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, you have a lot of better options such as Belmond hotel that provides a much better service.
