We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday of 6 people All inclusive package for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You also have access to different lounge, bar and swimming pools Kids have a water park to relax and play. We were lucky to have really good weather, nice sun, turquoise sea, golden sand and beautiful sunset ☀️

One of the best hotels I've been to 👏.The hotel is not amazing,and the rooms are great.The minibar is included and refilled every 2 days.The food is really good,and there is a huge selection of food for breakfast,lunch and dinner.Amazing food and the waiters are great.The pools are cold,but no one shouts and there is no noise,and the bars are great too.I highly recommend this hotel,if I could give 10 stars I would right away.Best hotel I have been to. And there is always drinking water in the rooms for the guests and it is always replenished in the room. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday.

It all started when we arrived. The room had a musty smell, clearly indicating dampness and mold. We requested a change, and were moved to a different room, which seemed fine—at first. But as soon as we stepped into the shower, we noticed the drain wasn’t working. Water started to pool on the bathroom floor, flooding the whole area. The next day, I was under the shower again when suddenly, the hose to the showerhead exploded, shooting out hot water with such force it could’ve seriously injured me. The shock of it made me almost lose my footing, and I was left standing there, soaking wet, in disbelief. This could’ve been life-threatening, and yet no one seemed to care. Later, we tried to exchange a 50 euro note at the reception, only to be told they wouldn’t accept it because there was a tiny hole, barely 1 mm in size. I couldn’t believe it. This is currency, it’s still legal tender! What if that was the only money I had on me? And to make things worse, we’re staying in Le Morne, and there’s literally nowhere around here to exchange money. What kind of service is that? And then, on our last day, it was the final straw. We were sent by a young lady to the luggage storage room where we could leave our bags before departure. To our surprise, we saw other guests being personally escorted by staff members who were even carrying their bags to the storage room for them. Guess who did the same for us? The thin, young guy at the reception who refused to change my 50 euro note earlier. He seemed to be in a hurry to push us off, but when it came to other guests, he was all smiles, offering them extra service. It felt like we had been treated as second-class citizens, all because of a minor issue with a bill. For all the money we spent here, the service has been absolutely horrendous. No one seemed to care about our comfort or safety, and it’s left us with a bitter taste. The lack of professionalism, especially in handling something as basic as currency, and the overall poor attitude towards us—it’s simply not acceptable.

Riu Turquoise is a beautiful and modern hotel, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The all-inclusive package was a great touch, making the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The food was delicious, though the wait for a server to assist was quite long, which could be improved. The pool with a bar was a highlight, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments without leaving the water—perfect for relaxation! The kids’ pool was also well-designed, providing a fun space for children. The rooms were spacious, but the air quality was an issue. A dusty smell lingered throughout my stay, and I kept sneezing, which impacted overall comfort. One of the standout moments was the post-dinner entertainment. The animations were lively and engaging, adding a fun element to the evenings and making the experience even more enjoyable. Despite a few service and cleanliness concerns, the hotel offers a great ambiance, amenities, entertainment, and a solid all-inclusive experience.

4 stars where? We arrived at 3pm to check in and we didn’t use the rooms until 10pm, the rooms where absolutely disgusting, mind you, we were a big group and everyone had complaints. The moment I stepped foot in mine I noticed the floor was not vacuumed which tells me they didn’t even touch it then I went into the bathroom and i was shocked at the state of the toilet, there was poop particles under the seat, inside the toilet, thankfully I checked before using it, the sink had hairs, the sheets had stains, the decor pillows were SO MOLDY ( which were touching the sleeping pillows ).After complaining at the counter and show the pictures they said they would clean the rooms “again”, 3 more hours went on and they said the rooms where ready, we went back and they cleaned my toilet and changed the sheets but the floor was still disgusting, so we complained again and some of us were assigned new rooms and it got even worse to the point we ended up keeping ours, there were hairs on the floor, the mirrors in the bathroom were not cleaned, the toilet was even worse than the first one, worse than a public toilet… some of our friends complained so much some of their cleaners came and cleaned in front of them, and when i tell my jaw was on the FLOOR! The poor ladies had no products, no mops, no vacum!One of them was cleaning the bathroom with window cleaner, the other one was scrubbing the shower with a Magic eraser WITH HANDSOAP! We stayed there for 6 days and I never saw a vacuum, I never saw a clean mop they were all disgusting and black, passed from room to room! We complained so much to the cleaning manager the next day I finally saw different products on their cleaning carts… I honestly felt horrible for the cleaners it’s not their fault they have no decent products and materials to work with, shame on the hotel for that. Apart from the cleaning the hotel doesn’t feel welcoming at all, only a very few staff was nice and would say good morning with a smile, the hotel is literally what you expect from a big chain like this and when you have managers like the ones we encountered there it makes it even worse. The buffet wasn’t bad it just lacked protein, there are a lot of salads, different rices, different pastas but not that many option in terms of meat to have a balanced meal, disappointing. Not to mention you do not have food 24h, from 5pm until 6:30pm there no food unless you to the sports bar and eat a sandwich that’s been in the fridge all day and it’s dryer than the Sahara Desert. The location is just terrible, I tried to be optimistic after reading the reviews about the wind but it is true, its windy everyday non stop you cannot enjoy the beach here unless you want to fly back home with it :/ Overall disappointing for a 4star hotel I have no idea who estimated that but ain’t no way!
