Had a nice stay here recently for a week, most staff were very friendly. The food was mostly decent. There was no AC in the room, this made for some uncomfortable nights, at one point the room reached 27c, I told reception and was told to just turn it off, it will be fine. They decided it would be a good idea to do some repairs on the walls outside our apartment which woke our baby a couple times, some warning would have been nice. The toilet in the room was not enclosed and therefore not private, more like a glass stall Costs extra for use of safe. Advertised as a king bed but was just 2 beds pushed together which kept coming apart. The phone in my room didn't work, again I told reception, they said they would send someone to fix it but never happened. No snacks after dinner service. Some of the areas are 18+ meaning if you have kids it limits where you can go to eat. The shower in the room was amazing. The children's pool was nice and warm and has lots of activities (slides, sprays, spilling bucket etc.). Would consider staying again.

I stayed in this hotel as a single mum of three. The mini club has absolutely saved my life... I could go to the pool, enjoy my day, eat delicious food from the snack bar, have a drink or two... and my little ones were totally taken care of.. Whenever I would go to visit them, they were dancing, perfectly happy and content... The animator Natalie was especially amazing with my moody, often cheeky 5 year old daughter.. She could tame her in a away I, as a mother cannot !!!! All the kids loved her and talk about her to this day! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're a parent and need a wee bit of a break !

Third visit to this hotel, we love it here. Clean and welcoming, good food, choice of pools and lots of space. Based in Puerto Del Carmen, and just a few minutes walk from the beach, it is a haven of peace. The All Inclusive restaurant has a wide variety of choices, although we never made it to lunch as we were always too full from breakfast! The pools are salt water, which is less drying on the skin and so much nicer to swim in than a chlorine based pool. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, as are the restaurant and bar staff. Such a wonderful place, we will be back again next year!

This is our second year coming here and will be booking again next January. We find the location very good, decent rooms, very good selection of food on the buffets and friendly staff. On the topic of staff, a special mention to the entertainment team: they all do a fantastic job with the activities and the shows but also are very friendly and make the stay even more special. Lucia, Francy, Tony, Angelina and Jeremias were all excellent by the pool side and in the games area. So good to see Papa and Zach again from last year too. Thank you all for being such a great team. Also a special thanks to the Maris bar staff and the front of house staff in the main restaurant

On a previous trip to Lanzarote the transfer bus collected a guest to bring us to the airport. We did not know of this complex as it is tucked away from the main road. We liked the appearance of the building and asked the lady about her stay. She enthused about it!! So we booked it for two weeks this January. It was excellent especially the great room with a large balcony and seaview. The food and service were excellent. Despite being hidden from the main road the complex was just three minutes from the beach and supermarket. An excellent place to stay.
