Spent Christmas 2024 here. Location is good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was better than many say. Breakfast plenty of choice. Evening meal-lots of salad, hot dishes and fish or meat from the hot plate. Yes the rooms could do with a refurb, not as bad as some say though. Peaceful place not too much noise.

Well didn't know what to expect but the apartment is brilliant, everything you need with own outside space with table,chairs and parasol. Reception staff are lovely and so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. From our upstairs beachfront apartment we could see the sea as well as the hotel's lagoon. Apartment nothing fancy, but spacious and had all we needed. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Again, nothing fancy, but nice and with local as well as "international" dishes. Staff all friendly, despite being overworked at times. Particular praise to Juan, Noel and Veronica for their friendliness.

We visited here to see how accessible it is for a wheelchair as we were looking to book here in the future. Sadly the ramps and bridge are ridiculously steep you would struggle to even get up these in a decent mobility scooter. This hotel is flagged as wheelchair friendly on many holiday websites but it is far from it. You can't get anywhere near the beachfront and even if you do you will not be able to go the coastal route into Costa tiguse as it's sandy and rough ground until you get back onto a pathway again. Several pools and the private beach looked impressive sadly we cannot visit.

This place is awful. Compare these apartments to cells in a prison, I would say the prison is far better. We booked a apartment on Mia tia beach front. Well the room may have been in good condition 10 years. But now they are disgraceful 😔. Ps we were so looking forward to a beautiful holiday here but the seeing the rooms just destroyed those feelings. So sad to say this 😞
