Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and had a brilliant time. The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and available to assist if needed. We didn't do all inclusive so cannot comment on the food side of things. There are plenty of pools available despite the website saying that a few were closed for repairs. Location wise it is a bit of a walk to get to the decent restaurants and to the beach, roughly 30 minutes but there is a shuttle bus now and again. We went in the quite period so there wasn't a lot going on in the evenings but the sports bar was nice enough. There are also a few cats which was great to see. We would definitely stay here again.

We love it here. Bit of a walk to the sea and shops but shuttle available each morning or taxi. Food is varied and it's always possible to find something you like. Clean, well managed, plenty of sun beds pool space. Very friendly staff. Not 5star but it doesn't purport to be. Very nice middle tier accommodation

Nice grounds and the kids entertainment team were very good.
Unfortunately the main pool was closed during our stay.
I appreciate that maintenance may be necessary but I'm less forgiving about not being told this in advance. The hotel said customers were notified of the closure by a message on their website. This isn't good enough. I don't believe it's the customer's responsibility to routinely check the website for updates - this should be done directly via email.
The apartments are tired and could be better stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well.
We also had an issue with ants - we had to throw away a bunch of food so please be mindful of this.

Amazing.
Booked it for a cheap no frills week in sun.
It really lived up to that brief.
It was sunny all week, and really cheap.
Particularly enjoyed that authentic Pontins experience.
Felt really safe behind the metal cell door to our room. I like these kind of doors because you can hear when your neighbours have gone out or come back. You also get a good old fashioned key to carry around, none of that fancy electronic key card rubbish here.
Loved the poolside entertainment, particularly the guy drinking glass bottle beers while he was in the pool and letting his offspring throw balls around. It’s great getting hit on the head with these, you sleep when you’re dead after all. The housekeeping was brilliant, one afternoon we returned to our room to find no towels had been left. Called reception, they didn’t waste time with apologies, which I thought was quite efficient. It was only a short 40 minutes I waited before I decided to walk the 10 minutes to reception to see if their washing machines might have broken down. There was the usual long queue at reception, I think it’s because guests are queuing to tell them how much they love the resort. I decided to walk back across campus and try the Jet2 helpline back in England. This got results and we only had to wait over an hour for our towels. All in all I would thoroughly recommend it if you’re looking for that authentic Pontins experience.

Lovely 4 day holiday, rooms basic but very clean. The large swimming pool was under construction, however plenty of smaller pools around the complex.
We had a lovely day at the harbour on market day, plenty of bars and cafes.
Another day spent at the beach, ice cold beer sold on the beach, lovely.
