Nice grounds and the kids entertainment team were very good. Unfortunately the main pool was closed during our stay. I appreciate that maintenance may be necessary but I'm less forgiving about not being told this in advance. The hotel said customers were notified of the closure by a message on their website. This isn't good enough. I don't believe it's the customer's responsibility to routinely check the website for updates - this should be done directly via email. The apartments are tired and could be better stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We also had an issue with ants - we had to throw away a bunch of food so please be mindful of this.

Lovely 4 day holiday, rooms basic but very clean. The large swimming pool was under construction, however plenty of smaller pools around the complex. We had a lovely day at the harbour on market day, plenty of bars and cafes. Another day spent at the beach, ice cold beer sold on the beach, lovely.

1 week all inclusive, family with young teens, overall a nice hotel with good food, just lacking atmosphere. We were in tropical side, 1 bed apartment pool view in the block across from reception. Large apartment, small kitchen, decent beds, kids had a sofa bed trundle that separated into 2 single, shower ok. Pool was warm & there were lots of sunbeds. Main pool was shut for renovation so they’d set up a slide in another huge pool, not heated but neither is the main pool normally. All the medium size pools near each apartment block are heated and nice size. Food is good , usual all inclusive standard. Pool bar did hotdogs/burgers, chips, pizza, nuggets, salad boxes at lunchtime also. The grounds are lovely, facilities are decent, splash pool, footy , volley & tennis kids enjoyed & they joined in some of the French kids pool activities ( they do include all kids but appears to be French tour operator run so naturally aimed more in French appears about 70% guests are french ). The downsides are that the site is vast and probably more than 50% of people were self catering, (although restaurants are a good 20 mins walk). The restaurant was much more canteen environment than I’ve felt before in all inc & we’ve done many all inc hols. No table service for drinks, only beer or wine or soft drinks in restaurant. A soulless atmosphere & it is underground with very little natural light. Staff were efficient & smiley though. The sports bar is also underground but did have a nice outdoor part, it’s quiet though kids enjoyed a game of pool. The main bar in a marquee type structure, the opposite end from reception is huge & noisy & very hard to create a nice atmosphere as a result. Its really lacking a decent bar with comfy seats & a bit of music. Overall we had a good holiday, a 3 star hotel at most, room nice, pool good, food good just lacking a nice bar/restaurant setting but I believe they are refurbishing one restaurant currently.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. This is a great family hotel. The only thing that can be improved on is the rooms. We had a few small issues during our stay, but these were all dealt with quickly and efficiently so I wouldn't hesitate in coming back. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Me and my partner stayed here for our first holiday together and it was magical. The hotel was amazing for us we are very active there was football, tennis and plenty of other activities for us to do it is also in a great location close to anything you could want in walking distance there is something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cleaning ladies did a phenomenal job on our room every day which we are very grateful for. The entertainment team were great and we had a blast the night time shows were of very high quality with great joy and great humour too. We will definitely be staying or stopping by on our next trip to lanzarote thank you for a great experience!
