Great location but sadly the hotel is aged and in need of some repair and decoration. Food was good and had a reasonable variety. Staff were generally pleasant but some need a lesson in customer services. Sam did his best to entertain people but without him there was very little else to do and the outside pool bar area was uncomfortable with plastic seating. We were All Inclusive and drinks were plentiful but cheap local stuff and we didn't like the small plastic cup idea or the €1 deposit for them. Plenty of sun loungers and they are well spread out around a decent pool area. More of a 2 star hotel but if decorated an slightly modernised it would rate as the advertised 3 star hotel. We just needed to relax and the hotel served this purpose but highly unlikely we'd return again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing 7-night stay at Hotel Plaza Palmeras. The standout was Sam the entertainer – he works alone but runs fantastic activities like karaoke, quizzes, bingo, water Zumba, cocktail making, and more. He really made us feel welcome and brought the hotel to life. All the staff were excellent – bar staff served quickly with great quality drinks (San Miguel on tap), restaurant staff kept food fresh and the dining area spotless, reception were friendly and helpful, and cleaners did a brilliant job keeping everything immaculate. The location is great, just a 7-minute walk to the main strip (note: a bit of a hill back). Pools are cold and some rooms could do with a little TLC, but for the price we couldn’t fault it. We’d definitely return – especially if Sam is still there!

The room was basic beds were comfortable How ever there was only one mirror which was in the bathroom bathroom door lock was broke and door had gaps all around the frame. The door to the balcony was broke had to push it hard to close it and wouldn't open fully. The cleaners where nice and helpful, and the reception staff where nice and also helpful The restaurant and bar staff where moody and Unpleasant, the entertainer was cringy. The food was disgusting and not alot of choice There was no proper entertainment just a pool table definitely not a 4 star more of a 1 very basic hotel The pool was big and clean and the hotel was clean and the rooms too. Needs updating massively needs a qualified chef and more variety of food In the room needs another mirror in the bedroom along one and bigger cups. Apart from the hotel we had amazing holiday .

Fabulous holiday. The hotel is laid out in a convenient quadrant shape with a lovely bar and restaurant at one end. The food choice is multiple with something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired but clean and spacious. Sam the entertainment man is fantastic and gets on with everyone. We will be back.

I honestly don’t know where to start this was our first Package holiday together and we thought it would be very special! First thing I noticed when we went into our room was it? The room was in very poor condition. The front door didn’t shut properly. There was plaster hanging off the walls… The city was disgusting for Micah was coming off all the MDF doors. The toilet door didn’t shut properly. The shower was disgusting. The bathroom window didn’t lock.!!! I will post pictures to back up this as well!! We had car lights in the bedroom as the car park behind the room was very close!!! We did make a complaint about the room of its condition, but absolutely nothing was done at all! .. I don’t need to go into full detail, but something was stolen From our room after mentioning this to the reception the next morning we found the said item on Next Door’s balcony which it clearly wasn’t there before!!! As we have never taken the item out of the room!!! The pool swimming times were 10 in the morning till 6 pm, which seems a real shame when you wanted to have an evening swim!! To be fair, we found the staff very polite with no problems on that side however the drinking glass that we had to buy for €1 was disgusting!! There was quite a lot of choice for food at the feeding times!!!! However, two nights out the five we chose to go out for something to eat because the food was poor and the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest. I will post pictures of this.! The toaster looks like it’s never been cleaned at all. I find this quite disgusting.!!! Having an all exclusive holiday, should’ve been fun, relaxing and hassle free!! This was not the case for us! There was also other people there that was complaining about their room ! .. This is just an honest review to let other people know what they’re letting themselves in for our holiday wasn’t totally spoiled by this as we still have lots of fun and it was close to the beach. Maybe a five minute walk.!! But I can assure you, we will never book another holiday in that hotel or apartments!! I could go on all night but one last thing for now in the footpath from the swimming pool back to the apartment there was a small manual cover made of plastic which was broken where you could quite easily put your feet into it causing damage to the skin!!
