We were a little apprehensive after reading some reviews. No need. Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Very good food and varied for an AI package holiday hotel. The desk staff are very helpful and professional. The dining room and bar staff work hard, are polite and always have a smile. There are just about enough sunbeds round the pool, there's a pool bar too. Makes me laugh though cos none of them actually get in the pool!!! Probably another 60 sunbeds on a large terrace and large beds with drapes. Lots of activities during the day and fun shows in the evening. The staff work so hard and gave us a good time. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.

room was totally falling apart at the seams and very outdated. lamps were falling off the wall, the door wasn't on the railings on the wardrobe, cupboards didn't shut and forget about a working safe. staff were friendly and helpful and the little shop was a little overpriced but nice and i guess that's convenience for you. pool was freezing 24/7 even after 30°c sun on it all day and breakfast was inedible besides the biscuits. juices were not good and yoghurt just dried out your mouth. nearest usable beach is not that close and the town is a 10 minute walk away. scenery was nice and they had their own bus stop for coaches and airport shuttles but nearest real bus stop was 5 minutes down a hill. located next to an abandoned building site that looked very sketchy although we never had any problems with it. free water by the door which was nice and luggage storage if you turn up too early, although not at all secure. loud music one of the nights we were there but we wasn't too bad and we didn't even notice it by the time we went to bed. definitely a 3 star stay at most and cheap for a reason. I'd rather go somewhere much nicer for less time, but I don't think we'll be returning to this area anyway.

I stayed with my 6 year old son. He loved the slides and wasn't put off by the cold water.
the food has been good with something nice to eat every meal. if you want standard British fayre you might struggle. the staff have been super friendly and the entertainment team put a lovely christmas sing along on in the reception.
the kids club isn't a traditional kids club in the sense that no games are organised. they give you access to the kids play hut between 3-5pm and there's board games and arts n crafts which you can use.
there is a nice play area suitable for up to 10 years old. there's also a mini golf table tennis and volleyball court.
it's €5 to get a taxi into town and that includes a tip.
I recommend a trip to the aquarium, my son loved it.
it's a budget friendly hotel which is very clean and friendly. the rooms are comfortable and we only use them to sleep and change. we stayed in a suite which had a lovely big bath.
I can't comment on the evening entertainment as it started too late for my 6 year old.
we would stay again.

My day one was a challenge and I started regretting but around 2hrs my issue was fixed. The stay there was actually amazing. My friend and I went for let’s say more of a fitness experience as we are both into fitness. The gym there was amazing as we we probably the only 2 people who used it. The equipment was spot on. Weights were in different levels for beginners or advance. For a hotel gym 🏋🏿♂️we were impressed. The area around the hotel was so beautiful too. Very unspoilt😇 if I may say so. I used my hover air x1 drone on my runs🏃🏿♂️. Scenery was out of this world. Spacious and welcoming. I ran everyday. Sorry I strayed a bit 🤣🤣🤣 the good at the hotel was awesome too. We went half board allowing us to eat breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime we rested but also ventured out. The sea 🌊 ventured walks were also on point too.

The rooms are basic for a 4* hotel. No drink making facilities, bugs and cockroaches found in room, can't flush toilet roll down the toilet, you have to remember to put towels in the bath to get clean towels. Poolside towels not provided unless you pay €10 euro deposit and if after a couple of days you want a clean one you have to pay €1 for a clean towel.
The poolside bar is the opposite end of the resort from everything else including the toilet. You have to pay for the cups to drink out of.
As I booked all inclusive I didn't expect to need and money so all of the above was frustrating for me.
You cannot access any drinking Inc water facilities after the bar closes in the evening until the restaurant opens for breakfast at 7.45am. this wasn't great as two of us who consumed some of the ice were ill. Speaking to lots of other people who also got ill at the same time of resort we figured out those who were ok hadn't had any ice so would suggest a wide birth from that.
Staff were miserable.
Wouldn't come back here if you paid me.
