After reading bad reviews I was concerned about coming here, but we've had a fantastic week. The rooms on the airport side haven't been renovated yet, but they are clean and spacious and are cleaned daily.
There is plenty of food choice at all meal times, even for picky eaters like my son. None of us went hungry and the food was good quality.
Pool area gets busy quickly, so we did go down early to get sunbeds.
Entertainment has been good this week and my son has loved the mini disco at night.
The kids club is brilliant! My son has had such a good time this week and made so many things and created so many memories and he was sad to leave today. The way the kids club look after the kids is fantastic and the best thing about the hotel my son said.
Negatives - it can get noisy at night at the weekends with the planes, but during the week it wasn't too bad. People leave rubbish everywhere instead of tidying up after themselves and the staff are struggling to keep on top of it all. Bar service in the evening is slow and you're only allowed 2 drinks, so as a family of 3 it got very frustrating, as the bar queue gets silly sometimes.
All in all, we have had a lovely week here and although we usually book 5 star resorts, we would definitely come back to this hotel in future.

12 night stay. Had a great family holiday here. Great location lots to do and next to beach. Drinks and food good can't complain. Drinks choice good there is a help yourself beer pump and wine taps located by the pool bar this was great. Food was good we enjoyed the breakfast the most. My 5 year old daughter loved the pancakes every morning, lots of choice. There's also bars and restaurants 5 minute walk down the road if you ever got bored and fancied something different to eat or drink. Hotel grounds good rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.
3 Pools ideal if one got busy.
Spa looked very nice inside didn't get any treatments but it looked lovely.
Entertainment team great fun activities and games.
We enjoyed our family holiday here and would definitely return.

Dated rooms, plus spa is a hydro spa not relaxing, spa is 24 euro discounted to 18 euro per person per day. No inclusive package available. The spa is a separate reception to the hotel. We are still holidaying in this
hotel but will not make a return visit. We found customer relations lacking in hospitality sadly. We have been to 1 other Beatriz hotels in Lanzarote this one did not meet our expectations. Queues for food and drinks, self service very limited at the bars.
We are home now, sadly unwell last day. It was not possible to sit on the balcony of your room as there are no sun shades in place, no handles on sliding doors inside or out. The hotel was packed to the rafters with families and groups with not enough seating or sun loungers. The lifts were often out of use for maintenance or in use as service elevators. Eventually we changed our own bed, found a time sheet under the bed?? From 3/10/24 handed it in at reception (no response) we found when response was made it was in a moment or we will make a note of it. Our holiday rep had to liaise on our behalf to get anything done. We got a negotiated package for the spa but then the spa staff chose not to allow it. With 1 week left I could have a 10 block visits for 80 euros but was not allowed to share them with my husband.

So, we only came back this week.
We found the hotel very clean and maintained. We stayed with half board.
The breakfast options were enough to have a different breakfast each morning, the evening meal we found had plenty of choices, some reviews say repetitive but you could easily put together different multiple meals each night. The waiting staff are very helpful as are the different chefs.
Specifically, Lucas, he was great with our daughter and such a genuinely thoughtful nice guy to everyone.
We have a dairy and soya allergy, and some had egg allergies. All restaurant staff were very helpful to find alternatives, and food was labelled.
We found on arrival reception staff did not tell you the information you would expect, like were your room is, what you need to take for dinner like the card they give you. This soon became apparent they don't tell anyone any information.
However, i would say that while I was there, unfortunately, I had a medical issue, and the reception staff and others were very helpful.
The children's disco is basic, but all the children got dancing and had a great time. The showroom layout is a bit challenging as there are building pillars that block views, and if you are a non smokers there is not a lot of escape space due to open doors. Entertainment was normal hotel stuff. Some great shows some.. not so interesting..
The hotel is not far from the airport runway, yet surprisingly, this really wasn't a problem. It was actually more of a feature.
Pools fine with plenty of sun beds, usual type of activity animation pool fitness stuff outside.
staff clean the pool area regularly. Good photographers to catch those moments at reasonable prices they're all over at different times.
Just a suggestion but have them take more dinning group pictures as people come down for dinner and use a board with printouts the following day as is popular because people can see them there and then rather than trying to find the shop in the downstairs shopping area. Also the photo in a magazine is popular.

Just got back from a week all inclusive! We were a little worried due to reading some negative reviews but I can honestly say you have nothing to worry about!! The rooms were lovely, beds comfy, shower excellent, air con worked well and there was a fridge in the room too.
As a family of 4 we managed to get sunbeds everyday, as long as you're up by 8.30/45 you should be fine..
We didn't queue long for anything. The staff were all friendly and helpful too.
Food was well cooked and something for everyone. Lots of choice... But we did get a little bored after a few days though as a bit samey... To be expected though. There are a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes up the road if you want to eat out. We can recommend the Pride of India for a curry!!
It's a great hotel for young kids....we had a 15 and 19 year old with us and they did get a bit bored at times. I was very happy just chilling by the pool ! 😁
My son and I tried out the spa during their happy hour (1pm-3pm for 10 euro ea) which we both highly recommend!! Normal price 18 euros for whole day.
All in all I would recommend!!
