Our second time staying in this hotel. The location is lovely. Rooms are big and spacious. The food isn't really great so we only had bed and breakfast and didn't opt for all inclusive. The staff are friendly and the entertainment team are amazing. My daughter loved them! They were full of energy and were always smiling. Its a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.

After reading bad reviews I was concerned about coming here, but we've had a fantastic week. The rooms on the airport side haven't been renovated yet, but they are clean and spacious and are cleaned daily.
There is plenty of food choice at all meal times, even for picky eaters like my son. None of us went hungry and the food was good quality.
Pool area gets busy quickly, so we did go down early to get sunbeds.
Entertainment has been good this week and my son has loved the mini disco at night.
The kids club is brilliant! My son has had such a good time this week and made so many things and created so many memories and he was sad to leave today. The way the kids club look after the kids is fantastic and the best thing about the hotel my son said.
Negatives - it can get noisy at night at the weekends with the planes, but during the week it wasn't too bad. People leave rubbish everywhere instead of tidying up after themselves and the staff are struggling to keep on top of it all. Bar service in the evening is slow and you're only allowed 2 drinks, so as a family of 3 it got very frustrating, as the bar queue gets silly sometimes.
All in all, we have had a lovely week here and although we usually book 5 star resorts, we would definitely come back to this hotel in future.

The hotel reception and indoor areas look impressive. The bedrooms are spacious but need updating - carpet and furniture.
The buffet food was always cold and did not have allergy information. It is difficult to get a drink in the restaurant (if not all-inclusive) as the staff don’t acknowledge you. I'm not sure if the staff were new, as they didn't understand basic requests.
The indoor entertainment space is set out like a conference, with rows of chairs with not enough tables - so we struggled to find a table for our drinks. The indoor space is not fit for purpose as foliage obscures the stage view and sound echoes so you can’t understand the entertainers. During our five-night stay, two nights “entertainment” included guest karaoke.

Scenic hotel. Lovely beach views. Lovely decor and rooms adequate but shelves fell regularly as only 2-3 holding clips below each one. Bathroom and balcony lovely but beds rock hard. Camp beds for children also uncomfortable. Entertainment good. Food debatable. Lots of salad and cheese choice but hot meals on an evening poor. Fruit and ice creams nice. Snacks at pool bar nice but overall definately only just 3 star food.
Best thing Pools and decor. Worst thing , hard beds. However overall we still had a lovely time.
Biggest plus. 6 mins transfer time from airport.

Clean, spacious and welcoming reception are. That's the good part.
I have just spent Christmas & New Year here and I have to say I am very disappointed.
The room was not big enough for a family of four, very dated with poor quality beds for the kids.
Food was awful, same over cooked, over seasoned rubbish served up almost every breakfast, dinner and tea.
Evening entertainment - packed up and gone for 10:30 so definitely not good.
The only good thing about the place is that you can have your room made up every day if you wish.
When was the last time this place was given it's star rating? Definitely NOT 4*, 2* at a push.
Over priced and will not be back.
