I was just back from a week here and was presently surprised. The staff were very helpful from the reception, cleaning, dining and bar. Nothing was too much problem for them. The food was buffet style but themed every night. There was the usual claiming of sun loungers every morning, but I always went to the quiet adult area, which was fine. The rooms, from what I'm used to, were small but were cleaned every day. If you don't eat at the hotel then there are plenty of restaurants and a small shopping mall close by. We were only there to meet family. It's a nice hotel, and I enjoyed the stay but would not be going back.

Absolutely appalling… I don’t know how could anyone consider this place a 4 star hotel. We stayed for a week this December and regretted every day in there. Most of the all inclusive food was bland and of bad quality. Snack bar was an absolute joke unless you are happy to pay a couple hundred pounds for some veg and a couple of slices of bread. Rooms seemed to be cleaned, however we found our room to be infested with ants. Most staff were friendly, apart from one guy at the bar, who just seemed to hate everyone. Also a very unpleasant experience with the blond lady at the reception, who was super rude and had an attitude. The entertainment was simply bad. The best night we had was on the karaoke night, when the guests basically provided their own entertainment. Hotel is very outdated and could do with some renovation. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

We stayed at the hotel from November 17 to November 23, 2024, with our 5- and 11-year-old children, and we were very pleased with our experience! Although the hotel is primarily geared towards adults, there were still plenty of activities for kids, thanks to the wonderful animator Sandra. The children absolutely adored her—she was so kind and cheerful! On the last day at the kids' club, they even received backpacks, caps, and a domino game, which made them incredibly happy. We were thrilled with the daily themed dinners and the abundance of seafood! Breakfasts and lunches were also excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

We had an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there are always staff around that can help. Our room was spotlessly clean, we had a standard room which had a balcony with a sea view. The pool areas can get busy but we never had a problem finding 2 deck chairs. The entertainment staff are great, events and entertainments throughout the day and evening. Also plenty of activities during the day. Shops, bars and restaurants walking distance, we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach after breakfast then back to the hotel for lunch & swim. Lots of scooters and mobility scooter options available around if you don't like the hills. Great choices of food we enjoyed every meal. All the staff work very hard they are always happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The actual hotel itself is located around 15 minutes from the airport on a coach transfer or taxi. Coaches stop outside on the main road, little trek of around 100 or so metres to the main entrance. Reception staff were very welcoming and made check in a breeze. Rooms are clean but really quite basic, and in fairness, the furniture is quite dated. We went as a couple and were really expecting a double/king sized bed, not two single beds(on wheels) pushed together, not even connected together to secure them. Something really quite minor, but a let down, none the less. No tea or coffee facilities, but there is a water jug and two tumblers that can be filled with chilled purified water on every floor outside the rooms. There is a TV with Spanish freeview and an undercounter fridge. The hotel facilities are really quite good. There's a gym in the hotel, not that I've used it! There are plenty of sunbeds around the main pool area, and an adults only area where you don't hear the kids so much. There's an outside bar area, and also a snacks area near to the entertainment stage. Entertainment has been good too. Something different every night. The food restaurant is super clean and a great place to eat. Plenty of staff who make sure that finished plates etc are taken away. They're not waiters as such, just more service staff. It's all self-service and buffet style. It's a pretty good selection every day, with all three sittings. I'd probably come here again, but would have to look at the room upgrades first.
