The entertainer’s String Bean and Skinny were amazing. They were super nice and friendly. They made sure we were informed of all activities on the beach and taught us how to play volleyball, which we really enjoyed. Made the trip even better!

The entertainment staff is amazing! Any time spent at the pool or on the beach is always lively and fun with their interaction and playfulness. Everyone is included. Sparkles and KK are excellent leads. They are so upbeat and friendly you cannot have a bad time. Even if you don't participate and are just observing it is so much fun!!
Building A legacy
My group and I arrived to this hotel and we were so excited to be back in Jamaica and to say the least I was not very impressed. The staff for the most part are very nice but the resort itself is so outdated especially the rose hall building the rooms are so outdated. The first day we arrive within like 2-5 mins of me going into my room my toddler son fell because the rooms were slippery. My aunt who also has hip surgery almost fell in her room. The excuse we were giving is that if the balcony door is open it cause that but we didn't even open the balcony door. I even took a video to show the people at guest relations how slippery and moist my room look as proof. I ended up writing a report but it would've been nice to get a call to follow up and see how my son was the next day or so. Besides that the food was so mediocre and not very tasty. There was not a lot of restaurant option to choose from and some restaurants closed on certain days which was a disappointment they also did not have much entertainment option to choose from. I do not think they are worth the price at all. To say the least, I've had way better experience with other resorts in Jamaica. The biggest perk is the fact that they are about 15-20 mins away from the Montego bay airport but besides that I wouldn't recommend.

while the hotel has decent facilities and a spacious pool, the experience was disappointing due to poor service and limited beverage options.
The pool is large but not always clean. The food is good, but the indifferent and unwelcoming staff overshadow these positives. We had an issue with our room’s air conditioning and reported it at 9 a.m., but despite multiple follow-ups, it took nearly eight hours to get a room change. Check-in was also delayed by an hour because of a jammed sink, and we were left waiting in the lobby without any updates.
Simple requests, like getting towels at the pool, were met with disinterest. The staff didn’t smile or acknowledge guests, which detracted from the vacation experience.
The alcohol selection is another letdown. Besides rum, the choices are mostly lower-end, and if you want something like Jack Daniel’s, you have to pay extra. If you don’t ask for good rum, you get a cheap version that tastes like perfume.
Overall, the lack of customer service and the poor quality of the alcohol are major drawbacks. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be returning. If you have any issues, you’re left on your own.
