This is what vacation is about! The staff is amazing, attentive and friendly. We stayed for 5 days and they got to know us well, and shared some good laughs. Pool side food truck has amazing burgers and Jamaican patties. Grounds were very clean. Would definitely come back!

We had the most amazing week celebrating our son's graduation. We traveled with 3 teenagers and they found so many things to do, from snorkeling to a spa experience. The staff is all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We felt so welcome. We've stayed at another popular resort at Jamaica, the atmosphere and vibe here is so much better, this is now the only resort we'll visit here. We've had the best time with the pool bartenders, Q, and Stretch. We are going to miss Q and Stretch. They're both a lot of fun and are perfect for the entertainment department.

Stayed on the resort for families on 09/27-10/01, the food was disgusting. Even in multiple restaurants, they had roaches in the Asian restaurant and in the hall way of the rooms. The electricity Kept going out and certain socket’s wouldn’t work, the air didn’t work at all, it kept cutting off and the rooms would not get cold. I went there for a wedding, I was the photographer. Whenever we called downstairs for issues with the room, they would disconnect our line so we could no longer get through. I’ve ordered room service and never received it. The staff and employees were really bad liars would say they did things that they didn’t, for an example, clean the room. The resort seemed deserted, the club was ok, not many people. The day of the bride wedding, on the time the wedding was supposed to start they told her she couldn’t do it on the beach anymore because of the rain, literally on the time of the actual wedding, if I’m not mistaken maybe a little after, then tried to offer her money back to cancel her whole wedding. The day of the wedding, she didn’t hear from anyone all day, no food, no messages, no gift, nothing. Ask around terrible communication. Even the wedding food was terrible, everything just seemed thrown together from the decorations to the nasty food. I’ve heard the adult only side was better but literally I’ve never been to a resort so terrible in my life

We were here for a wedding, and it was amazing! The hospitality was top notch. Everyone was warm, and welcoming. Full of positive energy and the atmosphere was electrifying. We spent for 3 nights, 4 days, and no regrets whatsoever. The hotel and the surroundings were beautiful, and clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and on point. It’s a must visit in my book, and I’ll be back! Thank you.

Quban was pretty cool. He's good at dancing. Some of the pool bartenders seemed moody at times - sometimes they were nice. The food was excellent, and I especially loved the live music - particularly the pianist, the saxophonist, and the violinist.
