We had a great time here over Christmas week! It is very kid friendly which was perfect for our three year old. Rooms were nice but we didn't spend a lot of time in it with the beach and the pool locations. All staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good especially for an all-inclusive. Place got very quiet after 9:30 which was great for us at this time in our lives! Can't say enough good things about our experience here.

The staff here are a credit to the resort. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and sincere. Our butler Ronald was very helpful with booking tours, reservations and adding little nice touches like cheese snack platters when we returned from events. The four different restaurants we tried were good. We encountered a few small maintenance issues but therly were resolved quickly without fuss. Great views on a nice beach with a little harbour to make it calm and a good spot to swim for little ones.
The Jerk Chicken and some of the soups I had were 10/10.

We stayed in early December. The service was the best part of our stay, the staff were attentive and quick to help/take orders. The food was also of a very good standard in the majority of the restaurants. Our main issue was with the standard of our room. We stayed in an ocean view one bedroom suite and believe it was below standard for a hotel of this calibre. First there was no hot water for the first two days and following this it was hit or miss whether you could use the shower and were never able to use the bath as the water from it was always cold. The lights in the bathroom and the bedroom flickered constantly. The usb plugs on both sides of the bed didn’t work. The air conditioning when turned off made a loud ringing noise. The fan couldn’t be used in the room as when turned on it made a loud noise also. It was windy during our stay but even still due to the large gaps in the balcony sliding doors it was incredibly loud in the room. In terms of cleanliness, our room was clean but in the main pool area this wasn’t the case, especially the bathrooms and the chairs and tables by the pool and on the beach. There was nightly entertainment and lots of day time actives also to keep adult and children busy.

I first visited this property a year ago for my birthday and absolutely fell in love. I returned this year with my family but this experience leaves a lot to be desired. Our room, has been without hot water since we arrived on 12/4. There are apparent issues with water and heating as there is no working hot tub and there has not been one our entire stay. My parents in the B building have hot water and water pressure and it’s been insane going to another room just to shower.
My parents have a 2 bedroom butler suite. Their butler Keen, has been awesome. Very accommodating and will do his best to meet your requests.
My first visit I fell in love the food here. I did see a review citing issues with seating/accommodating larger parties, that has been true with this visit. We are a party of 6 plus one high chair and reservations have been horrible. (Also hate that Pier side is closed but that is absolutely out of their control and I look forward to it reopening if we come back.
I’ll give it a solid three stars. I wish there was a working hot tub and we had hot water. But other than that. It has been a good family vacation.

Booked an ocean front 3 bedroom for my family. On arrival we got a key and were escorted to the room with a parking lot view.
We went back up the reception. Minutes later we were told that they “forgot” to tell us oceanfront has AC not working and they can fix it for 2 days…
No reasonable compromise offered. We agreed to stay in the “parking lot view” room for two days if they can first show us the empty oceanfront with ac not working.
After a lot of whispering and an hour wait the manager that was suppose to come talk to us still did not arrive.
The manager miraculously appeared when we asked for refund and a cab so we can move to another hotel. Glad we are not staying here. Save yourself the trouble.
