This resort was a total disappointment. We had a party of 8 in 3 -2bedroom suites that came with a butler. The rooms were extremely outdated and smelled so bad. My suite was moldy and after the manager came to check it out, he agreed but then proceeded to tell me i would have to spend one more night in the room before they could switch our rooms. After spending the night in the room, i woke up congested with stuffy nose.We spoke to the front desk to get different rooms and we were promised new rooms. After so many hours of waiting, the manager told us they could no longer accommodate us with new rooms even though the resort was practically empty. They agreed that the rooms were bad but nothing they could do about it. Also our butler made us really late dinner reservations even after telling them when we checked in that the time wouldn't work because we have kids in our party. They kept telling us there was nothing that could be done. How difficult is it to change a dinner reservation to an earlier time? Or why would you assume that kids will want to eat dinner at 8:30pm every night? Especially because they made the reservation without talking to us first. What was supposed to be a memorable trip for my grieving family turned into vacation from hell.
We had a kitchen in our suite with zero amenities. No utensils, plates etc. The drinks in our fridge were never restocked.

I would give this resort negative stars if possible. I have been to quite a number of resorts and this is by far my absolute worst experience ever.
Juliet Kerr-Gray and Andrew Bryan are the worst managers in the history of managing anything. They kept repeating our issues to us rather than trying to offer sensible solutions. Spent over 5 hours with these people and nothing got resolved. All we kept hearing was that they "understood". Absolute trash human beings.

We had a great time here over Christmas week! It is very kid friendly which was perfect for our three year old. Rooms were nice but we didn't spend a lot of time in it with the beach and the pool locations. All staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good especially for an all-inclusive. Place got very quiet after 9:30 which was great for us at this time in our lives! Can't say enough good things about our experience here.

Pools are freezing and are unusable which is super disappointing! The buildings tower over all the pools and they are not heated so they are super cold (and we are from MN)! Ocean is way warmer...Beach area is nice but there was quite a bit of seaweed right now.
Rooms are nice with great balconies and food is good, especially the steak house, but the butler service always gets served first - including bars and restaurants, which gets annoying. We would go immediately at 6pm every night to the restaurants and put on the wait-list (we couldn't make a 'reservation' because we didn't have butler service, but then we would still have to wait 2-2.5 hours to be seated. Most nights we weren't done eating until well after 10pm. :( Sentry building is lively building. Entertainment is outside this building until 10pm and music is blaring by 8.30am. it is also outside the entertainment pool. If you want peace and quiet, you don't want this building. This building does have the breakfast and lunch buffet, the swim up pool bar, the Italian, Jamaican-Mex restaurant, & the pool grill. There are lots of steps at this resort especially between buildings!
Luckily, workers are very polite and friendly!

This resort was a wonderful place to get away to this winter. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous view. Dining was varied and delicious. The beach was beautiful and relaxing and the overall vibe was very chill. The highlight was the excellent staff who were so warm and friendly and committed to providing excellent service. In particular our Butlers, Neo and Paul, deserve a call out for their outstanding commitment to their guests’ happiness and satisfaction. Highly recommended resort.

The staff here are a credit to the resort. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and sincere. Our butler Ronald was very helpful with booking tours, reservations and adding little nice touches like cheese snack platters when we returned from events. The four different restaurants we tried were good. We encountered a few small maintenance issues but therly were resolved quickly without fuss. Great views on a nice beach with a little harbour to make it calm and a good spot to swim for little ones.
The Jerk Chicken and some of the soups I had were 10/10.
