Our stay was truly enjoyable. The service was second to none and staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to please everyone. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, though they haven’t been updated in some time. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas such as elevators and restaurants, which made them feel a bit warm at times. Overall, a wonderful experience and one I’d gladly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of pure relaxation and joy, a true reflection of the awesome Jamaican vibe. The culinary experience was a highlight of our trip. Every meal was a delight, with food that was not only great but also incredibly tasty and fresh. We had the pleasure of dining at all the on-site restaurants, and each one was a unique and awesome experience, offering a fantastic variety of flavors and impeccable service. Our premium oceanfront room was a perfect sanctuary. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that we simply couldn't get enough of. The care and attention to detail in the upkeep of the room was very apparent and made us feel comfortable and pampered throughout our stay. A visit to the resort's spa was an absolute must, and it did not disappoint. The experience was truly awesome, leaving our entire mind, body, and spirit completely rejuvenated. It was a serene and peaceful retreat that added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. What truly sets the Jewel Grande apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their genuine warmth and hospitality were the heart of the resort, making the entire Jamaican experience feel so welcoming and authentic. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to bring our family back to this incredible resort. We will definitely be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had our wedding here and we couldn't have picked a better location...from our arrival to our departure this place was immaculate. They had a wide variety of food you're more than likely to find something you like. The staff was pleasant all around. After a couple nights and wedding employees start to recognize you and make you feel more at home. I cant wait to return on one of our anniversaries, hopefully sooner than later. I'm talking sun sets to sun rises and plenty of beautiful areas to catch them. You can tell the employees are hand picked they're pleasant and cater to you to the best of their ability. The beach areas, pools were well maintained and available 24/7. This place is great for a family stay or even a romantic couples stay. 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely wonderful, fresh spacious rooms, stunning views, the staff is phenomenal in the level of attention extended to us and our little baby. Breakfast buffet always featured fresh fruits, local and international dishes - really enjoyed trying out Jamaican foods among which a lot of options were steamed and boiled which we could offer to our baby starting solids. We tried Asian restaurant and were stunned with how authentically Thai the curries tasted. Seafood restaurant in the lobby equally amazed us with high quality of seafood and superb taste. Also it was so convenient to stay on a cabana with the baby - highly recommend to all new parents out there! Baby fell into sound sleep every time we were by the beach. And of course the staff deserves standing ovation - everyone has been so attentive and kind to us, we truly loved every moment. Thank you, and we hope to come back again soon!

A Wonderful Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups - Would Return! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The resort itself was spotless — clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Our 2 bedroom ocean front suite was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm, friendly service and attention to detail. The food was absolutely amazing! Every meal was a treat, with a variety of options that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dining here was truly one of the highlights of the trip. The beach was breathtaking - soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to relax and soak in the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind. There was an issue during our stay with the water — at times there was no water or only cold water available. While that was an inconvenient, I have to commend the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we were comfortable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out and helped smooth over the situation quickly. Overall, the resort offers a great balance of relaxation and friendly competition (like fun activities or games), making it an ideal getaway. Despite the water issue, I would absolutely recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future! Let’s also not forget the amazing beach staff at the cabanas. They went above and beyond to keep us comfortable.
