Do not go here!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
As a member of the Diamond club, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service of the Royalton Negril hotel. When we arrived, we quickly noticed the lack of vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options and brought this to the attention of the chef. As a five star hotel, it is not unreasonable to expect that you would receive accommodations for dietary restrictions. The chef did not make anything for us despite promising to do so and furthermore, the food items were labelled incorrectly. My daughter accidentally ate chicken despite the food label being Mac and cheese pasta! In addition to the horrible food, my wallet was also stolen at this hotel. While waiting for the bus to the airport to arrive, I noticed it was missing and ran back to the room to retrieve it, but did not find it. A couple days later our butler mentioned he found it in the room, but would not specify exactly where and said it was during a deep cleaning that occurred 4 days later. All the money was gone, and when I called the hotel, they mentioned that deep cleanings happen the day you leave, not 4 days later. I am extremely disappointed especially since it was an expensive stay and not worth it at all.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at the Royalton Hideaway Negril! Sky, our driver, was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He connected us with Tours by Greg, which gave us an unforgettable experience exploring Negril’s nightlife. Michael also provided fantastic recommendations, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The food at the resort was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect—sunny, vibrant, and relaxing. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this place for an exceptional getaway!

I recently stayed at the Royalton Negril, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
First, I had no hot water for two nights, even after calling the front desk multiple times. This was a major inconvenience, especially since I had the flu and couldn’t properly care for myself due to the lack of a functioning bath stopper.
When I ordered tea to try to feel better, what arrived was ridiculous — it was a cup of brown water with chunks in it, and there was no tea bag. I’m not sure what it was supposed to be, but it certainly wasn’t tea.
Room service was another disappointment. Breakfast was delivered late, the food was stale, and what I received wasn’t even what I ordered.
Also, i saw three roaches /water bugs in my room which was crazy.
Finally, the room itself smelled strongly of mildew, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay.
For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury resort, these issues are completely unacceptable. I expected much better and hope management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

Gym facilities were good for a hotel gym. Lots of weights and space to workout, water cooler, towels and hygienic wipes. Good space to workout with some fans. Air conditioning would be great if you’re the type that needs it. The staff were really friendly and helpful, motivating too I’d definitely recommend bringing gym gear with you

Sorry for the few weeks ago experience by some. I was there first week of November and pleasantly surprised to experience great service, food, drinks, clean room and of course the beautiful beach. The spa was the best. The rejuvenated pool, steam room and sauna were definitely a must do. The staff were so humble and welcoming. I would definitely go back. They could however do better at the sports bar. Do not drop your standards I really want to come back. Theresa, Arlene and Nadia were the best at the spa!!
