We spent a wonderful 7 days at this resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is huge, which means you could always find a quiet spot or a party. There was decent snorkeling right off the beaches and two beaches are well protected with minimal waves. We enjoyed the food and the selection at the buffets - the fruit and vegetables were delicious. The only downside is the push for their travel club, but once you say you're not interested they mostly leave you alone. Definitely stay on the Lady Hamilton side as it is closer to beaches and the views from the rooms are overall better.
We were Signature Level and it was definitely worth it. Our favorite spots were the Coral pool and beach which are just for Signature level guests - both are more secluded and they always had chairs available. Our room was amazing. We were in a bungalow with a view toward the center of the resort. We could relax with friends on our room's patio and still hear the entertainment. This resort is top on our list to return to next time we travel to the Caribbean.

Brandy (Jamaican restaurant) was our server. Excellent recommendations from Brandy for our meal and desserts. She brought us a specialty drink which we loved and the cocoa bread is excellent. Brandy was very pleasant professional and personable. Always smiling. Very enjoyable evening.

Such a beautiful resort! Everyone was so welcoming. The space is absolutely gorgeous. They make transport around the resort a breeze as they offer shuttles from the Villas to the main areas of the resort. The food was amazing. My only complaint is that the Jamaican food was very limited and seemed to lack the traditional spices I'm used to. Otherwise, I would happily go back to this resort for some peaceful R&R.

Our family truly had memorable moments here at this resort. Nothing is perfect let’s be realistic if you travel with children. Our best service was with Richard Clayton at the Italian restaurant. Just go and have a good time people. :) OK

Overall very good resort. Lots of Dining options and plenty of bars. Plenty of entertainment options daily. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. Beaches are very beautiful but a bit smaller then we expected. Being a Palladium Member opens more options for beaches restaurants bars and pools but still very enjoyable as a non member. Overall would recommend.
