I really enjoyed the entertainment. Bones was great, he kept us all pumped up. Made sure everyone was having a good time. This was my first time in Jamaica. The Halloween beach party, I will always remember this night

We came to Azul for a wedding. Azul's location is great, however the rooms and food is very unfortunate. The staff's hospitality is great, but resorts always disappoint. We asked the staff for fresh towels more than 3times and never received any new towels during our stay. We stayed in building 11. There were no beach/pool towels available as well. Our room did not have slippers or robes, some rooms did have them. The food was not the best. Very bland, very American. We want Caribbean food and more Ital choices. Attention to detail is not at Azul.
Our friends who stayed in buildings 1-8, did not have towels in their rooms or pillows, or their room was dirty. The front desk did not relocate them until the next day.

Roxanne is an amazing butler full of energy, attentiveness on point, polite, caring understands her clients needs and how to make their holiday memorable. I came for my birthday with my daughter and cousin and we have been living our best life!!!! Definitely returning to this resort and hope Roxanne is our butler again!!!!!

Tamera was AMAZING! She is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She made our week perfect and everyone had a great time. Kaydene was also amazing to greet us at breakfast every morning with her friendly smile. The truly made it a great vacation!

Tamara and Dwayne—our butlers for our 7 day stay—were outstanding! Both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Even if it meant walking in the heat and humidity, to the opposite end of the resort, in order to fulfill our request. THEY made our vacation special. FIVE STARS
