This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is incredibly friendly, whether at the front desk, the restaurant or the maids. We especially remember the warm ladies at the Coral Restaurant reception who knew our names after only 3 days and greeted us warmly at every meal. The food at the Coral Restaurant is outstanding and prepared and served with great attention to detail. Another highlight was the musician who performed live at the Coral Restaurant one night. We often listened to her beautiful piano music in the lobby. All in all, a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful experience I usually travel to Dubai and this time I came to Qatar. This is the best hotel I have ever been to the services were amazing but it’s the staff that make it the best for me. The coral breakfast bar had amazing food and with the help of Adil, May and Erik they really put in 100% every single day and they couldn’t have done any more. Great staff which are a great asset to the company !

Another amazing stay at the Intercontinental Doha Beach Resort & Spa in a Club level sea view room! The club lounge here is truly the very best. The level of service is incredible. We have stayed here several times and the team members in the club lounge are all very professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and of course helpful. During this visit, Agnes was so welcoming each evening during the cocktail hours, taking exceptional care of us! Lita and Shara were also amazing. They assisted us with restaurant reservations and with each request or question we had, they were ready with the perfect answer or assistance. We had a really wonderful dinner at the Belgian cafe on our last night- Lita requested the best table inside for us and it truly was the perfect take and experience for us! A quiet corner table away from the noise of the weekend night crowd. Attentive and friendly service and a good meal. Thank you for taking such great care of us! We look forward to a next visit here at some point in the future. The club lounge here is truly not to be missed!

I came here with my friend and we loved every bit of the cafe. The drinks were wonderful and the happy hours lasts for a long time. Michael was one of our servers and he was wonderful. He remembered details from our visit we never thought anyone would and was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who loves a good east coast vibe to visit this place.
