Super place to stay. Arrived very late at night greeted by staff and all settled in with minimum of fuss. Restaurant staff most helpful and friendly. Nice pool area and good service there also. Room and shower/bath excellent. Loved it.

This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I wonder what conditions qualify this hotel as a five-star hotel. There is absolutely nothing to justify it. The worst part was the dinner. There was barely anything to eat. The buffet was worse than what you'd find at a one-star hotel. The variety of food items was very limited. I’m sure even a one-star hotel can offer more food than this place. There were very few food options and desserts. And when the food was refilled, it was done so inefficiently. We had to wait forever for the food to be restocked, and when it was, it was often different, unappetizing food. We also had to stand in long lines at the food stations, even though the buffet could have served the food more easily. There wasn't enough food to accommodate all the guests. They really need to improve on this. The staff who served the food were unprofessional and irresponsible. They didn't provide enough spoons and forks, and we even had to wait for plates. The service was absolutely terrible. It seemed like they didn’t care about refilling the food or about people waiting in long lines. The food service was incredibly inefficient. That was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had at a hotel of this caliber.Other issues included not being given a welcome drink upon arrival.The hotel also has no decent views, not even a single nice spot for a photo. The view is awful, and there is nothing to do. There are no events, music, or anything to keep guests entertained. It’s completely boring. I highly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a complete WASTE of money.

We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Beach! My husband and I, along with our 3 month old baby, needed a quick getaway to unwind, and this hotel really delivered. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, and they ensured we felt comfortable even with our little one along. Our room was spotless, and the view was stunning, it was the perfect place to relax. I also treated myself to a spa session, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was just what I needed! The only small downside was that we wished there had been a buffet option for at least one meal, but the à la carte menu was excellent. We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious, with great prices to match. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, I highly recommend Jetwing Beach!!

Our first stop on our tour of Sri Lanka and it was the perfect spot after a long flight. The team are great we had a little one with us and they were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good and the pool by the beach was very relaxing. Restaurant team and reception team were very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Jetwing Beach in Negombo, Sri Lanka, for two nights (31st October - 1st November 2024), and the experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and serene ambiance set the tone for a perfect getaway. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed to offer a blend of luxury and comfort. The view of the beach from our balcony was mesmerising, making every morning a reminder that we are in Sri Lanka. The room's amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail truly made us feel welcomed. The beachfront location is unbeatable. With an amazing view from our room, and well maintained. Dining at Jetwing Beach especially for Breakfast was amazing. The variety and quality of food at the restaurant were outstanding, with a special mention to the Sri Lankan cuisine bursting with flavor and authenticity. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our preferences, ensuring we always felt valued. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. Special thanks to the management for maintaining such high standards across the board. Jetwing Beach isn't just a hotel; it’s a place to experience serenity and luxury. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Negombo.
