Stayed there for 2 nights and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Clean rooms, quiet, peaceful and beautiful environment and very good service. It's not the largest property with lots of choices in terms of food and activities but what it lacks in that regard it more than make it up in terms of the service from the staff. Most hotels are bigger and more lively but the service isn't good but Paradise Cove is a small, intimate, peaceful and beautiful place to come if you want the all inclusive experience without the hustle and bustle of the larger hotels and great service. If you want many choices and lots of activities and many choices, go to a bigger hotel but if you want 5 star service, a peaceful and simple getaway to rest and relax, go to Paradise Cove...bigger isn't always better and paradise cove proves that. It's a relatively small property, that provides an intimate and peaceful getaway with 5 star service and a beautiful environment.

What an amazing time we had! The staff, service and the FOOD were the best we have experienced. This was our 3rd time to Jamaica and we love it! We stayed at Sandals and at Jewel the food was 5++. Our bartender that we were with Raymond A+++++++++++ all the way around. All the staff was amazing and helpful and our room was cleaned every single day! The views were stunning! This is our new go to resort.
We are already planning on next vacation for Oct 2025 with friends we met at the resort. If you are thinking whether or not to book it.....BOOK IT!!! You will not be disappointed at all!

I didn't stay overnight so I can't comment on the rooms. But the views of the sea were lovely. The property also has many places where you can take great photos.
All the staff were well trained and very attentive. The grounds and beach were clean. The buffett was very complete, including making tour own custom ice cream

Jewel was an extraordinary experience. Their service was top notch. The restaurants had delicious food every day. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with mature trees. The beach was gorgeous. The rooms were modern and immaculate. It's an adult only resort and it showed. The pools were not deep which made getting to the pool bars super easy. I mean, who wants to swim with 2 Bob Marleys? The pools had sections with seats for a couple to share a drink. We're already planning for next year. You need to stay here, you will not regret it .

Our vacation was awesome! The resort was more than we expected, the room, the food, the property and the staff were exceptional. We had a wonderful trip and will be back very soon. If you are looking to get out and explore ask for Rick at the lobby area, he is the real deal, a great tour driver and he will take care of you!!
