My partner and I got engaged on this past trip and we had such a special time at Dar Al Masyaf.
We are very much looking forward to our next trip in September.
In particular i’d like to leave some names of staff that stood out from the rest.
Starting at the hotel lobby - Herbert was the first person to greet us every time we arrived or left the hotel and he was always so happy and a pleasure to speak to.
Sudath the butler in Villa 7 gave us a service that was outstanding as always. We always request Sudath!
The boys at Celeste bar were fantastic. The food served on the beach is always fabulous and thier service is excellent. Especially Godwin & Charles & Lucky!
Hammad in the evening at Al Qasr buggy station was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful always making sure we weren’t sitting around for too long.
One evening we met some clients in Al Qasr lobby to take them for dinner & Hammad ensured there was a buggy ready for us on our return for a seamless journey onto Sumersault with our guests.
We visited our favourite restaurant Kayto & Kai was our server yet again. He is always very polite and friendly and remembers our drinks order every time! Food in Kayto is always impressive.
Likewise in the Hide, we had our regular server, Alyona who was fantastic as always along side Gaethan who was also great. The addition of the singer was very much enjoyed.
Finally Kathy at the Balloons at the Palace experience was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, experience & explaining the different restaurants & chefs ideas behind the dishes.
All in all, this trip was memorable in so many ways!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jumeirah. Every person we encountered at the resort was extremely accommodating and went beyond to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I had a personal host Anisa who went above and beyond for my girlfriend’s birthday and made our stay special. I was upgraded to a lagoon view room at check in at Dar Al Masyaf by Staci who just did an amazing job welcoming me to the resort - with the room and following up with me. These 2 girls were especially spectacular - the service from all employees is on another level. I would highly recommend going to this resort. Thank you again for your hospitality.

This hotel was like a dream. The service was exceptional we were blown away. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the globe, we've never been blown away as much as we were by this resort.
We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness.
A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave. Something that has never happened before.
The check in staff was warm and friendly and we literally had the best check in experience. We were treated with warmth and respect.
If like to highlight Portia. She's an exceptional employee and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were delighted. We've had check in experiences that ruined our entire stay at other hotels. Portia was helpful through most our stay and her other colleagues were also friendly and helpful.
I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next stay in Dubai.

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem.
There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING.
The luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, gourmet restaurants, exemplary services, Arabic style villas, personalized butler service, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel.
We absolutely loved everything about this place. From delicious dining options, super friendly & helpful staff to cozy, luxurious rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations.
If you wanna feel pampered, you should definitely give it a try.
