I recently attended an event at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making everyone feel valued and comfortable. The venue itself is stunning, with a modern and elegant setup that complemented the beautiful views of the Palm Jumeirah. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the decor to the lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food and beverage service was excellent, with a wide variety of options that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The event was well-organized, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. Whether for business or leisure, the Hilton Palm Jumeirah is a perfect choice for hosting events. We recently hosted our company software launch event at one of the meeting spaces at Hilton The Palm, and it was an exceptional experience. The event hall was beautifully designed, offering a modern yet elegant atmosphere that perfectly suited our needs.
The sound system was top-notch, providing excellent audio clarity throughout the event, which made our presentations engaging and impactful. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We also enjoyed the coffee break snacks, which were a delightful touch-fresh, tasty.
Located at Palm Jumeirah, the venue boasts a wonderful ambiance both inside and outside, making it an ideal setting for any gathering. Additionally, the complimentary valet parking was a convenient perk for our guests. I highly recommend Hilton The Palm for corporate events. We look forward to hosting more events here in the future!

The amenities—from the infinity pool to the private beach—were top-notch, and the dining options were out of this world. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience, with incredible flavors and flawless presentation. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this resort has it all. Honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury getaway!

We checkout tomorrow, but I couldn’t wait to write this review for a wonderful property and all the special staff who’ve gone out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. All staff have been friendly, warm, patient and have been looking for ways to help throughout our (all too) brief stay. Special gratitude to the incredible housekeeping team (for their beautiful service, patience and thoughtful special touches), the room service attendants (who remembered us from day one to day two and made a huge effort to cater to us as a family) and the guest services/porter/valet staff (who were attentive, warm and our generous advocates in an uncomfortable taxi debacle) for making this such a special experience for us and our kids. Everything is spotlessly clean, all the extras are catered for, the property, pool and views are exceptional and the breakfast buffet was something to write home about. This was a quick layover stay for us - but it exceeded all expectations and we are grateful to be here. Thank you!!

We stayed for two weeks and it was great, especially the buffet! The pool is so refreshing and very clean and the room was spotless throughout our stay. All the staff and workers are super friendly and are always happy to help us with anything. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. There was such a variety of sweet and savoury foods every time. The dessert always looked so carefully decorated and they tasted delicious 😋! In addition, the beach opposite the hotel looks amazing and there are so many shells from the beach to take home as a souvenir. We are definitely thinking about coming again for another holiday.
