Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and perfectly taken care of. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and every detail shows how much care goes into creating an excellent guest experience. The staff is outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. What truly stands out is that we had the great pleasure of being looked after by a young and exceptionally kind German- and English-speaking trainee during our stay – thank you so much, Lorena! We could not have wished for better service. She was attentive, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure that all our wishes were fulfilled. Her warm personality combined with her dedication made us feel truly welcome and thoroughly cared for. What impressed us most was that, despite still being a trainee, she already demonstrated a level of competence and responsibility we would normally expect from an experienced supervisor. It is rare to meet someone so motivated, considerate, and genuinely passionate about creating a wonderful experience for guests. We are deeply grateful for her outstanding support throughout our entire stay. It was a true pleasure to meet her and to spend time at this excellent hotel.

A very beautiful and luxurious hotel. I had a very pleasant stay. The food was excellent. Lots of variety of food( international, arabic, asian). The pastries were fresh and tasty with a nice buttery taste. The main restaurant is very big so you do not wait that long even when it is crowded. The only problem is the isolation between the rooms. Indeed I could hear the people talking next to me. The team is supportive so they offer you to change your room for that matter.

Each morning began with a breakfast that was nothing short of a culinary delight, an impressive variety meant I could enjoy something new every day, while the exclusive Diamond member menu offered even more refined and indulgent options. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. Every member of staff radiated warmth and professionalism, always ready to assist with anything, no matter how small. My spa experiences were a true highlight, from the gracious welcome at reception to the skilled hands of the therapists, every detail was flawlessly executed. The massages left me feeling deeply relaxed and utterly restored, never rushed, only cocooned in calm. While the hotel’s pool area was lively and vibrant, I often retreated to the serene private beach, where the atmosphere was tranquil and the setting simply beautiful. Whether seeking indulgence, relaxation, or attentive service, this Hilton delivers it all with elegance and charm. A stay I will cherish – and recommend without hesitation.

I loved my time here so much. Every day was special. The whole place is spotless and beautiful, the rooms are great and the beds are so comfy. I love this place and would come back in a heartbeat, I would so much recommend this sensational place for your stay in beautiful Dubai. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I felt like the food could be improved in the buffet and restaurants. The staff were lovely and Enoc was so kind and helpful to us!☺️❤️

I recently stayed in the Executive Suite at Hilton Palm Jumeirah and had an amazing experience. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable balance of luxury and functionality. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge, which not only provided excellent service but also offered a stunning view of the beach—an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options to suit all tastes. What stood out most throughout my stay, however, was the staff: consistently professional, attentive, and warm, they made every interaction a pleasure. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience, making me feel both welcome and well cared for. The combination of thoughtful amenities, superb dining, and genuine service created a memorable stay. Hilton Palm Jumeirah exceeded expectations, and I would gladly return for another visit.
