We deliberately chose the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah for our short trip to Dubai. The perfect combination of proximity to the city and a nice sandy beach as well as the excellent price-performance ratio convinced us.
We were pampered from arrival to departure. The entire hotel team looked after us with exceptional hospitality and professionalism. We would particularly like to highlight the Executive Lounge team, especially Allen and Gabriela, who catered to our every wish and always created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would also like to thank Chafik and the entire Barfly team - their creativity, the quality of the drinks and their commitment delighted us anew every evening.
The overall ambience of the hotel, the cleanliness and the quality of the food were also first class and made our stay a special experience.
One small suggestion for improvement concerns the pool bar: while the service in the other areas of the hotel was impeccable, some improvements could be made here. More friendliness and a larger selection of creative, high-quality drinks (no ready-made concoctions) would round off the offer perfectly.
Overall, our stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah was unforgettable and we look forward to being your guests again on our next visit to Dubai. Many thanks to the whole team for a wonderful time!

The person who was in charge with our room, was very nice and punctual, and regarding to our demands he was always here for us. The only inconvinience was the temperature in the rooms. It was very cold and no one could solve our problem, but in the end we managed to get it through. All in all, our stay here was an amazing experience and I recommend it.

A great hotel by the sea!
The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel has its own private beach — clean and well-maintained, just a few minutes’ walk away. Thanks to the very kind and helpful Mi Nwe, the room was always clean, fresh, and cozy. Whenever she saw us, she always asked if we needed anything.
