We stayed at Zabeel Saray for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing lemonade as a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Since it was our honeymoon, they also sent us complimentary desserts and fruit, which made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The hotel has separate spa facilities, jacuzzis, and indoor swimming pools for men and women, which we really appreciated. The outdoor pool was also beautiful, and the beach access was fantastic—you’re allowed to swim from 9 am to 6 pm.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in the far away part of the palm Jumeirah which makes it longer to reach there. The price of staying is very very reasonable comparing to the high class service. The buildings have luxurious and royal vibe. The sea water is normally very clean, shallow (up to 1.5 mtrs), however once during summer months the water was not very clean, steady.
The spa is also very attractive to visit.

Dubai is fabulous this hotel is fantastic! I highly recommend it ! I stayed here because it’s part of amex fine hotels and it DID NOT LET ME DOWN. The rooms are huge, bathrooms are luxurious and the beds and linens are amazing you even get a pillow menu . The service was also amazing we went for a swim and came back to our chairs with a cooler with cold waters . We didn't even ask for this ! I highly recommend this !

Exceptional Hotel. It was our first time visiting Dubai and we booked a club room for a few nights. The service from start to finish was excellent with special mention to the staff on concierge, club room, reception and El in the Japanese restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was sublime, the spa is outstanding, sun loungers always available, and the food was fantastic. Upgrade to a club room, it's worth it ! Can't wait to return. Thank you 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious decor and attention to detail in every corner. The highlight of my visit was without a doubt the Talise Ottoman Spa — it was out of this world! From the tranquil atmosphere to the range of treatments, it was the perfect place to unwind and feel pampered.
The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered beautiful views. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure that every need was met with a smile.
The only minor issue during my stay was at breakfast. While the food quality was excellent, the service could sometimes be a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions, there were mix-ups with orders. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
Despite this, I would still rate my stay 10/10. The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray offers an exceptional blend of luxury and relaxation. I will definitely be returning soon!
