Maximum hospitality! The employees here are very kind and flexible. All our requests were taken into account and fulfilled - be it immediate room reservation in case of early arrival, extra requests for the children were prepared for dinner, we could stay in the room until 3 pm without checking out....
Meals: half board - delicious food, wide selection. I have to mention here that I could even eat dessert every day, which is very rare for me to find something suitable for me in a hotel
Location: 2 minutes from the beach, taxis are always available in the hotel area.
Cleanliness: they pay close attention to everything, the whole hotel is clean and tidy.
Children didn't even want to go home, they liked everything here so much. We will definitely return here every time we come to Dubai.
Whether with or without children, I highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

Adding to the charm was a delightful swan made from towels, placed thoughtfully on the bed – a creative and heartwarming gesture that showcased the hotel’s attention to detail.

The room was impeccable, offering panoramic views of the ocean that were simply breathtaking. It was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything I could need, from a Nespresso machine to high-quality toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful welcome touches made it feel even more luxurious.

The staff at JA Ocean View were exceptional. Every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. From the housekeeping team that created the towel swan to the concierge who provided insightful recommendations, the service was flawless.

We recently stayed at JA Ocean View Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and catered to all our needs with warmth and professionalism.
The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.
Abdullah - help us with taking in and out all our luggage’s and he is a very friendly and helpful person.
The hotel’s facilities were impressive. The dining options were also outstanding – the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The location was another highlight, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was convenient for exploring the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.
A huge thank you to the entire team at JA Ocean View Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, luxury, and great service.

All in all very good. Spacious room. Location close enough to walk to tram and metro and great views to the sea. Tasty breakfast with a lot of options.
Although busy area when the balcony door was closed the room was quiet.
Only downside the AC the temperature of which could not be adjusted. Ended up shutting it down for night as it was too cold.
